Trying to close an account is like getting out of a gym membership. I am currently on hold since the one teller in the bank would not close the account. Don't these geniuses know this kind of treatment just make people hate them. Brian Moynihan must be proud of the crappy job he has done.

This is the worst bank location I have ever been in but its the closest one to me. They always take forever but unfortunately I don't have transportation to go somewhere else

This bank has 27 people waiting in line and 3 tellers helping and they have not open another teller been here 30 mins now and still have 13 people ahead of me . This is ridiculous they need to make things faster and better .

BOA is such! I tried to avoid the one in La Quinta because they are bad. Now going this one is even worse!!! The teller on the left, she doesn't wear her name badge, so I don't know her name, but kinda fat, having long nail, dirty long lashes, and Tattoo over her right arm, with No smile or greeting to client!!! Every single time I went in, I always " have to" go to her station, and yet! She never even bother to look at me or say Hi! At the end when I withdrawed CASH, She Never Ever count the money in front of me, as she supposed to, I have to stand there and count the money myself to make sure the amount is right. I think BOA doesn't care about managing their people! I hated it!

Went there today on a non banking holiday, during business hours. The drive up line was 20+ cars long. The doors had signs saying temporary closed today on a Monday. None of the ATMs had cash in them. All withdrawals were "temporary unavailable". Had to drive another 15 minutes to the next location which was also backed up (32 min in drive-up ATM line) to withdraw cash. You'd think this location was closed permanently due to the terrible condition of the building and not being open during posted hours. I'm glad I don't do all my banking with Bank of America, they're the Walmart of banks in this area.

The wait time is horrible! Only 2 checker the rest are walking around the line of customers almost at the front door....

Bank of America needs to work on cross training. I am waiting an hour to do a simple wire transfer at this branch. There are two associates walking around not helping anyone playing host, and 2 tellers with no line. Can't a teller be cross trained to do other tasks, and service bankers be trained as tellers to balance out lines? If BofA was retail or restaurant, it would be out of business.

If I could give a zero, I would. We have been with this bank for over 20 years. I have had thoughts of changing banks in the past but today confirmed it. I needed a check. I ran out of checks. They charged me $15.00 for one damn check. They didn't even have a couple blank checks for me to tie me over till my checks get here. Imagine, $15.00 for one check? What a rip off. They aren't even giving us interest on our savings acct. They suck. Go elsewhere. We are!

This is the worst bank It took me one hour to get to the freaking window all of the stuff is only worry about getting new people to open accounts only two nasty lady's at the windows is like img once you get to talk to one is really a nightmare they all paisas ghetto looking no communication skills very rude everyone behind /front od me was just complaining about it I think someone needs to look into this please have bit more consideration for all hard working people I mean we all want to go home after hard working day we do not wish to come and look at your unpleasant ugly faces so can someone do something about it either that or change name to WORSEBANK OF AMERICA SO FROM ALL PEOPLE THST I KNOW IM GIVING A 0'ugh stupid phone wont allowed me 0- so I guess I have to freaking pick one very single estrella only reason I pick the estrella this wont let me post without itttt

Once again B of A has stayed true to form! Long lines and never enough tellers! They just can't seem to get it right. Another hour of my life lost in this endless abyss of ineffective business transactions and poor customer service. Remember customer service is more than just a cute smile!

8 damn teller windows and only 2 windows open and people waiting. In line over 30 min just isn't right. Then you have employees just standing around worthless people. Corporate needs to start draining this swamp.

Come to the bank 4 of 7 days of the week..huge lines and just 2 windows open mostly every day..terrible managers don't care!!

I'm at the bank there are two tellers available and 30 people in line and the bank manager says there's nothing she can do this is poor service by a bad Bank.
