Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes in line at this branch. Never fails. 1 Teller working with 50 people in line. Other employees are here but just "doing other stuff" I guess.

Trying to close an account is like getting out of a gym membership. I am currently on hold since the one teller in the bank would not close the account. Don't these geniuses know this kind of treatment just make people hate them. Brian Moynihan must be proud of the crappy job he has done.
