I experienced an incident where my vehicle was impounded. And they were very easy to work with. And I was able to finalize the transaction with my vehicle with no problems so far.

Jc towing was awesome the lady in the office was very nice and helpful I called them they came quick they were here less then 10 minutes the driver was ? cool I would recommend jc towing always I gave them 4 ⭐ stars you need a tow truck I would call jc towing

They claim to be 24 hrs but when I needed a tow at 1 am they were closed way go 24 hrs but THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO PLAZA TOWING 15 minutes and they were there no problems

Horrible service and reliability!!! We called at 9:30 at night due a dead battery. We spoke directly to JC himself. He took all of our information (location, type of car, etc.) and said he would have a new battery to us and install it. He said he would arrive in 30-40 minutes that night. HE NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Not a phone call, nothing. We called back at 11:30pm 2 hours later... no one picked up the phone. AWFUL!!!! Thank goodness we were in a safe location and not in any danger. Called another company who came right away and towed our car. I am only putting 1-star to post the review. If it was possible, no stars would be given. STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible service. They weren't being careful when picking up my vehicle. When I called the next day they didn't want to release it back to me. Betty was rude. I spoke with the cops about my situation and they called the company. Soon after Betty called me back with a "nice" tone.

My son was in a car accident last night and JC Towing was called by the Police department to come and tow the truck. Today at 2:30pm to go and get some personal items from my truck and the keys to my house. The man said that I could not get them unless I had made an appointment. I said that I’m here now and that I needed my keys to the house. He again said that I needed to make an appointment and have me a card with the phone number to call. He said that this was policy. I called the number right then and there and it immediately said that the voicemail had not been set up to try again later.I went back to knock on the door and found the man that I had talked to sitting down on a couch without a face mask . I asked him if the number he gave me was to this house and he said yes. I told him that no one is answering and he said to just keep trying but that I had to make an appointment. I had my drivers license, proof of insurance in order to prove it was me but this did not matter. He just said to keep trying. Eventually they’ll pick up.

Will not recommend this place!!!! Neighbor totaled his car and left home keys and wallet in car$120 dollar charge because it was 30min after they closed..WOW! I understand but when ur security is there and his family is gonna sleep in the car in this heat ,its about being human...JC auto repair and towing u guys are heartless! A 3yr old? smh...

Worst experience ever. Day of my accident the tow driver kept trying to make a joke out of the incident like cmon bro i just got into an accident i aint tryna joke like that. Then as we get to the shop the owner himself JC offered me a beer, as well as the tow driver.. like ok im supposed to trust yall with my car ? What ever i called my mechanic he was set to pick it up the next day, i went signed some papers to release my car to my mechanic and that was that. I left my number incase of any problems. 5 o clock came around and they STILL hadn’t delivered the car. I called and the girl answer and told me she would speak to her manager, proceeded to hang up and ignore about 10 calls before the actually owner JC answered. I told him how i was supposed yo have my car moved and towed to my mechanic so we could speed up the process of being able to fix my car or declare it total loss because i have 2 jobs and cannot be with out a car. He completely ignored the fact tjat it was a mistake on there part, went ahead and accused me of trying to fool the insurance company and told me he could do nothing about it till monday.. then went on to tell me that if the insurance was paying for it why was i worried.. like you literally just accused me of trying to do that while you yourself are doing that. Kept my car over weekend, came out to almost 900$ all bc a mistake that they made. Over all worst experience with a tow truck service and shop. Do not recommend. Owner greedy and rude.
