One year ago, Diana Zendejas did our taxes and we were happy with the work. This year I emailed for 1 week, multiple calls and could not get a response. I don't think they want our business. Please see my yelp review for more details. If you are local with just W2 income (easy return) they may be OK. Good luck!

Did not return emails or phone calls for 1 week. They would not work on our return. I don't know how they stay in business. (Perhaps they have too much business).

Well last year Diana Zendejas did our taxes and we were happy with the work. They may still be fine if you go in person, or have a simple tax situation (W2 income). The HR Block website requires that you upload one file at a time, limit 5MB size, and does not allow .ZIP files. I wanted to simply send a link with a ZIP files, as we had multiple directories, multiple years and many files. I emailed every day for a week, called many times and never got a reply. The one time that I briefly called Diana she said she would need to get back to me, and never did. For whatever reason, it seems obvious that they just don't want our business. I would have preferred they just tell me upfront rather than waste a week of my time. If you live nearby, have simple taxes, and need a spanish speaker, Diana or Maria might be fine. I just have a really big issue of them not returning email or calls. Perhaps they are way overworked and can't handle our business, maybe a different circumstance for others would work out. I found a CPA instead that works for himself and can return calls nights, weekends and answer emails and wants the business.

Loved this place! Maria Casares has 4+ years of experience and made my filing very easy. She asked very clear questions and was able to help with Spanish speaking. Walk-ins and appointments are available but I would prefer appointment since they are usually very busy. Other than that she was very helpful.

Nothing is perfect. So instead of a 5 I put a 4. Nothing negative or any constructive criticism. My tax prep was smooth and quick. Maybe be better on pricing for filing but again, beyond that it was all good!
