Good afternoon, my name is Eddie.Sorry for the inconvenience of my disagreement but I am very upset by Patry's poor service and I have had several cuts that left my hair bad and around my ears long hair faded unevenly but well I let it go overlooked,The last time it was in December, if I don't pay attention, she charges me 50 dollars and well, I overlooked it. This time I wanted to make another appointment for a haircut and she was very rude to me. Besides, she is very inappropriate in asking questions when she cuts my hair like The questions about how is my mother? Yes, for 3 years she has known that she passed away and every time I go she asks me the same question about my mother and it is really uncomfortable for me. It has been several years since I have been to her place but I think that now It's time to change salon, excuse my disagreement but this cannot be happening so it is better not to attend your salon anymore. In advance, thank you to the owners of the salon for your services, but what is Paty, I will not return again.

Alejandra Vasquez is amazing at what she does and that is why I've been a returning customer for years and years. She knows what haircut, color, or treatment to recommend even if I'm not 100% on it but i give it a try anyway because of her knowledge/recommendation and the end product is amazing. She blows it out of the water everytime. I highly recommend this place!!Services: Haircut

Apparently made an imaginary appointment for hair a dying and cut service. Walked in days prior to set up an evening appointment and showed up to a single employee angry that she had to stay; made calls to coworker’s to complain about my booking in front of me. Spoke to owner and didn’t get anything solved but can hear her plotting response by asking if I was on time or who was my service booked with when I did not book a particular person and arrived on time. Since it was to late in the day I was not able to find an alternative place to do my hair before my event so my advice this here is not that type of place to depend on. If you are okay with waisting your time this place will be right on the money.

I had a bad experience in this salon I'll never recommend it. They burn my hair with the bleaching process .

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. it is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of the work these ladies did on me! Highly recommended always super satisfied with their work???

This place has terrible customer service, first time there, I arrived at 6:45pm waited an hour, finally this older lady with a cap was free but decided to sweep instead of helping us since we have been waiting, so I tell we are going with the red hair lady to find out she couldn’t help because they were closing, left at 7:48pm, Bad Customer Service, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, I do not recommend this place.
