We have had nothing but upmost professional service with this bank! We have a couple accounts for our business and also had great experiences going through them to be reimbursed on construction loans. Nothing but great things to say about Pacific Western and especially all the staff at the Indian Wells branch!

The ATM did not dispense $500.00 in cash with an error of "unable to complete your transaction at this time". The amount was deducted from my account!! The bank declined and refused to be responsible for their own ATMs erroneous and fraudulent debit. Waiting 14+ business days to have MY money returned to my account is unacceptable! They would not even count out and balance their ATM when requested. DO NOT use this ATM!
