This last experience was awesome. My mom went to another auto place, and they were asking way too much, so I contacted Sophisticated, and they quoted half the price the other place did. Do not go to sophisticated auto on palm! He's ripping people off ! I paid 2300 last year for a catalytic converter and he said the price was high because he only uses "original" parts... it's only been a year and my cat is failing again I go to him and he says they're under new owners so they don't have any record history and that they won't honor my warranty because he said my engine was misfiring and CA won't allow any warranty when the engine has history of misfiring...I took my car somewhere else they took out the catalytic converter and they say it's an AFTERMARKET part !! and they said my car is not misfiring at all. I'm still paying the credit card I used to buy the catalytic converter the first time :TOTAL RIP OFFand every review on yelp says the same thing!

horrible service! paid $120 for a diagnostic test for my car just for the guy to say he didn't know what was wrong and that the car isn't worth fixing. WTH! the doesn't even have 100k miles yet. he said his machine was brand new and expensive...well why can't it tell what's wrong with my car. do not go here unless you want to give your money away!!

Not sure how capable they are of other issues, but don't go there for break problems. Took my car in cause it needed new pads/rotors and not long later breaks were squeaking again. Took it to a new place to get them looked at and found out they did a bad job of installing them. Would recommend Teds garage instead for helping me get this fixed and for helping my friend get her radiator fixed on her car which is how I found Teds.
