I assure you, I will not seek flowers from any other place. The florist was exceptionally kind and professional. She arranged the flowers for my parents' wedding, and they looked absolutely stunning in the photos. The customer service, communication, and product quality exceeded my expectations. Would and have recommended to anyone and everyone! ?

This place sucks. Like the rest of the reviews, I ordered for same day delivery. They sent an email saying they delivered the flowers almost two weeks later. 12 days. Who delivers flowers 12 days after the fact? But, the flowers were never delivered. I tried calling, they didn't pick up. I left a voice message, nothing in return. No notification of the delay or why, but I was still charged. The occasion was missed by a longshot and there was no compensation. They basically steal your money. This is a horribly run business, go elsewhere.

My mom ordered flowers from here when my pet died and for my birthday. The flowers were never delivered. They never showed proof of where they send said flowers which was not my home and they did not refund her money. We have cameras at the exterior of the building. This company never came to my house with a delivery. We were also home the day the supposedly delivered them. They took advantage of my mom who lives out of state. Go anywhere else. We are local and within a few blocks of this place. We will NEVER support this business. Their flowers are poorly arranged anyways. We see them all the time when we walk by. They look cheap.

My son placed an order for flowers for me for my birthday, expecting same day delivery, and they didn't show up for two days and only after my son tried calling ( nobody answered the phone) and sent a couple emails wondering where his order was...a little disappointed that they consider same day delivery as two days after the fact...

Marcy is the most wonderful person there is. The beautiful flowers that she arranged were amazing Even through poor health, she was able to fulfill all of my needs. The arrangement she sent were beautiful, and she went more than the extra mile to make it happen. If you have a need for her services, I highly recommend you make this your lifetime boutique.

What I ordered: a $79 multi flower custom bouquet with a large balloon, chocolates, and a bear for pickup the next day for an amazing woman.What showed up: a tacky looking generic bouquet that looks like something from a supermarket for a weird Aunt. And 4 days late.She hates it.

My personal experience and interaction with this particular local florist has been nothing but amazing. I wanted a bouquet of flowers for my anniversary dinner and was pressed for time. I walked into the shop, spoke with the florist and she was one of the nicest people I've met. Although, it was very short notice she was very understanding and patient. I described what I was looking for, she made it happen and exceeded my expectations. She is very knowledgeable and takes pride in her profession. I highly recommend.
