Tellers that work here at simply the most uncaring, horrible Wells Fargo employees I’ve ever encountered, save yourself the headaches and drive to a real branch not this makeshift branch located inside superior market because you will regret it.

Girls at this branch are LAZY, INCOMPETENT AND ARE CONSTANTLY TAKING BREAKS RIGHT AFTER MAKING ANY TRANSACTION WITH A CUSTOMER. BEEN TO OTHER WELLS FARGO BRANCHES AND TELLERS TAKE ONE CUSTOMER AFTER ANOTHER WITHOUT HESITATION, SEEMS THEYRE JUST HERE TO COLLECT A PAYCHECK. Manager needs to PAY A LOT MORE ATTENTION AND HAVE THEIR EMPLOYEES UNDER A LITTLE MORE SURVEILLANCE. If they CAN’T TAKE PRESSURE OR HIGH VOLUME CUSTOMERS SIMPLY FIND THE ADEQUATE PERSONNEL.

Tried to make appointments for a credit card TWICE. First time, the system double booked. Second time, I just received a cancellation email the morning of my appointment without notice.

First and hopefully last time i come to the bank . Horrible costumer service.. very rout attitude.. Specially this lady name: Sona Kesaya..!!! Long face, i hope never came back to this place.. Security ashole too.. seems like they don't like Latinos They treat people like trash... I don't really recommend this bank ..

I wanted to open a business account and they transferred me over to the manager this was 12/31/20 around 12:00pm. She was very rude and aggressive from the start and she was full of Attitude. There was no need for that since I was being very sweet and nice with her. She was very Condescending. I'm usually very cool and don't complain when people give me attitude but this was uncalled for. Just be careful when you go to this one, the manager has an anger issue.

No Ada no social distancing. Ok new guard she did not make them distance themselves. Two senior citizens we could not use the ADA window. We also are representing businesses. No priority. Manager wake up.

There a big line going outside, and only 2 bankers there are 3 more workers but none of them Don’t help the tellers to hell the customers....

Had a horrible experience there today. I am temporarily disabled, a manager told one of the employees to help me out at the atm. She then told me to wait in the disabled window after I waited for her to help other customers out. I think I will close my account with wf and go elsewhere.
