After a journey of more than 32 miles from Korea Town towards USPS de los Félix, heading to the Glendale area, through the 210 area and without success, I went to the USPS headquarters at 7101 south central, finding only negatives, arrogance indifference of the staff in all those locations and terrible service with different pretexts!!

Need faster employees went in for passport and was the first one on the wait list, the agent only took 3 people and it took 2 hours plus to even get to me and I was the first one on the list. Smh the black lady was the only fast one. Atleast get two people for the passport if the original one you have their slower than dirt.

It was so good to get our passports here, the person that helped us was very helpful. Also a very nice post office. It seems like a historic site. The mural is really beautiful.

Let me start off by saying them elder ladies who work there... yall need a revamp im sorry respext the elder and all that but when they can't respect you or help you. I'm better off sending my packages through messenger pigeon with that customer service. If you work in a job that relies on customer service hire people who are dedicated not these people who wanna give attitude. My story begins with me just trynna send my pokemom cards out to the world. But how can if them ladies don't wanna take my package man. Something is always broken when I come up to counter but seems to work. Bruh she told me the PrInTeR iS bRoKeN bruh I SAW you print a label for the last customer and help them dearly but when I show up with my 4 packages I'm a burden sheesh. I'm start going to South Gate one man.

They have very bad service, the ladies who work there have a very bad character when serving clients, it seems that one is asking them for alms when one is paying for the service when one processes a passport.
