Great customer service as they are trying to sell you a dress, but the quality of their dresses suck! They fail to disclose that the dress on display you try on is the one you get. They tailor it but do not dry clean it or iron it. We walked out with a dusty dress, full of lint, ripped after being tried on by numerous bodies and wrinkled. It's unhygienic to give you a display dress without dry cleaning it and offering a discount.

Unfortunately i would not recommend this place to buy a dress. I went back at the end of April to buy my reception dress for May 18th reception. I had mentioned to the sales girl that i had cancer and to please have the dress ready and i couldn't be driving back and fourth dealing with Chemo treatments.
I made sure to go there with ample time by 4/27/24. I was told the sleeves would be done and i would get the alternation again. I went back for the second time on 5/8/24, I was told that my correct size would arrive on 5/8/24 and the size of dress was two sizes bigger no sleeves where done and that they would need to make a vest with the material of the dress would be used 5/13/24. I started crying again just couldn't take it, at this point I'm ready to give up. NO chair was offered to sit down in the whole establishment to be able to sit down. I have never been in a place like this, If i would have gone to David's Bridal this would not have happened, Sorry that people don't care of others.
DEFINATELY NOT A PLACE TO BUY ANY TYPE OF DRESS.

How is this place still in business. They took my sister's measurements and still gave her a bigger size and told her she had to go somewhere else to get tailored. No refunds too so go elsewhere.

The top of the dress has scratches, Wrinkled! I still need to get it dry cleaned. Took them 3 wks to make alterations. They had the nerve to tell me to iron it myself. Very upsetting.

Terrible service very rude when I came to pick up dress but when I bought it very nice. Claimed they could match my dress and make the slit look the same. They did a horrible job

Do not go here most of the bad reviews here are true. I put deposit down for a prom dress which included the alterations, weeks before my prom I go to pick up my dress because they gave me an estimated date in which the dress would be ready. Long story short it took them 2 hours to get some random dress from their warehouse with no alterations done. Because they stated to not have it at the store for pick up but little did I know that they never worked on it and I have to take it some where else to get it fixed. And took them years later 3 yrs to contact me to pick up my dress when I no longer needed it ?

Just to shed a little light here for anyone who bought their dress and read their reviews. It took 2 weeks to get my dress. Everything was on time and perfect. They altered it beautifully and came the same time as they wrote on our receipt.

They are thieves, don't buy here. I ordered a dress for 287 dollars. They asked me for a 100 deposit because they didn't have it. They were very friendly at first when I went for it. They didn't have the size I had ordered. They wanted me to get a size 14 when I had ordered a size. 10 or that I bought size 8, that one was too small for me, I let them know, they were very rude, they did not want to give me another dress nor did they want to return my money. The same dress on Amazon cost me 47 dollars, they are thieves, the old women who work there are despots ..

Dress was not ready when I was told it would be ready by. Date was also written on receipt but when I called they said they had no record of the being ready by that date even though the girl wrote it on the receipt. The dress was really expensive and ended up ripping from the zipper the day of my event. I keep trying to call them but there no answer. Save your money do not buy from here

This place deserves 0 stars, gave me a dirty ripped dress and I was so excited I didn’t notice at the store and because I thought to myself is a new dress. Read the reviews before going to this place or even better go somewhere else, unfortunately I read the reviews after I left the deposit and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, BIG MISTAKE I wasn’t going to write a review but it’s been a couple weeks and still mad about it. It’s so unfair that they do this to people and of course no refund.
