Unnecessary Rude!! It’s 4:48 AM. I’m pulling in and see one other car and a delivery truck. The gentleman from the other car is at the pay window outside. Once out of my car, I noticed the older gentleman employee had opened the door for the delivery man, and was standing next to the door. I’m thinking he only opened the door because there’s a delivery also, he is literally standing next to it, not behind the cashier, so I proceeded to ask him in Spanish is it open or do I go to the window he says well it’s open isn’t it? With a rude attitude in disbelief I ask him again and he repeats the same thing in a more rude manner so I explain to him that I was not trying to be disrespectful and just storm in as he is literally standing next to the door as if guarding the door, waiting for the delivery man to go back out and I just seen someone pay at the window. So he just turns around and walks away and so I took my business elsewhere you’re not going to ruin my morning.

Don’t go at 8 am Susana (the morning shift) will be hiding in the back with the doors locked. She begins her shift when she feels like it and has the nerve to be rude at upset customers.

Rod is beyond awesome. He's professional and helpful. I look forward to seeing him every time I'm in.AND THOSE BATHROOMS! They are spotless. I mean, wow. Seriously...go for the gas, stay for the clean toilets!

If I could I would give 0 stars. This lady was very disrespectful and rude. She refused to charge me for my snacks, she's very rude and expects clients to remain silent. And when you stand up for yourself she uses her sign in the back of having the right to refuse and won't accept your payment. She was also very rude to a man in front of me. She needs to be fired, multiple people here are complaining about her.

I agree with the above review that the owner Nabil is discriminatory. Initially I walked into the business and ask for a restroom to which they said they closed after Coronavirus. No big deal I understand a lot of businesses did this. LA County however has now required that all businesses who had a restroom prior to the pandemic open are supposed to reopen the restroom. Because of that I simply asked for the name of the manager so I could let them know for future reference and Nabil became very hostile and rude. He said that the owner was not there and there was no manager even though he was himself the owner. Following that I attempted to use my charge card to purchase fuel he then asked me for my driver's license number, a signature, and wanted a copy of my driver's license. Never in my life has anyone asked me to write down my driver's license number or requested a signature in order for me to use my card, I told him that I felt uncomfortable doing this and therefore I then attempted to use my debit card. When I did this I intended to pay for snacks, gas, and to request cash back. The owner told me that I was not able to request cash back while purchasing gas. Because of this I asked him to cancel the transaction and allow me to purchase my beverages separately from the gas transaction. He then became very aggressive shouting at me pacing back and forth telling me he didn't like my attitude so on and so forth. I have never experienced such abrupt and aggressive behavior from a business owner in my life.

Cashier woman needs to work on her attitude. I asked her if she could turn the air on for the tires and she just made a face at me and said nothing! So I came outside and she didn't even turn it on. What an a******* I just left.

THEY ARE RUDE AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! PLEASE Hire old HAPPY people that want to work and not nag about how much they got to do!! OR hire folks with awesome customer service skills!! They get mad when you call them out.. I’ll respect my elders, but have limits up until they’re disrespectful!! The manager enables the blonde lady’s rudeness and unprofessional issues..The manager is another rude old man that has issues communicating. I approached with a sense of concern then suggested she smile when she spoke due to her coming across rude and disrespectful. She got 3x more nasty, the bold old man came out claiming to be the manager..this is the only Mobile Gas station around here, so I’m faced to have to put up with it! The prices are better than others around here which are price gouging!! I treat folks accordingly once I bring to their attention and if they continue well, karmas a you know what. The only one that’s cool is the attendant that works late late night. Always smiling and polite. Nothing came out of it. They’re going to continue being RUDE!

Two incompetent & unprofessional old men running a scam. Claimed my bill that I had just withdrawn from the bank was fake *didn't even check it* just to try and get me to pay extra $ with my card. Also had a prior encounter where they thought I was trying to scam them when it was their machine that was faulty. Horrible service, won't be pumping gas here anymore.

Gas prices are decent. But lady in the counter name Susana is very rude and doesn't want to do her job, I even had an encounter with her where she started screaming at me and cursing! Very bad cashier, should be laid off
