Self service hose was stuck inside and would not come out after I paid. I reported it to the lady behind the counter and she was indifferent nor did she want to refund the $1.25 I paid . I told her she should have put a sign up front that it isn't working. She said she didn't know, I told her I'm telling you now, and it wasn't my fault anyone hadn't reported it yet so I should at least get my refund. She refused. Pinchi vieja culera amargada

Some lady by the name of Emma works here and she is horrible giving everyone attitude every single person she interacted with she gave an attitude to she should not be working anywhere near the public or maybe she should retire would never set foot there again

I was really upset yesterday yesterday there was an incident my two sons were harassed by the manager saying that he still some cookies telling them they have to see their pockets and their sweaters and backpacks I called today to the gas station to tell them what happened the manager was really in a bad attitude almost cursing at me I told her watch your cameras and see if my sons has still a cookie and then she was making lies I really wanted to speak to the owner of this gas station and to tell him how can you have a manager that way using a minor of stealing a cookie and not seen it by yourself on the camera to tell them to see their pockets and sweaters and backpacks if they steal a cookie when my two sons tell the manager they put back the cookie and she even told them don't come here if you don't have money to buy how can you have a manager to treat customers that way I've been going to that gas station more than 20 years I was really disappointed how the management and the manager work there
