Best branch experience in years. The staff operates as a team and everyone including the manager helps when there’s people in line. I was in there over an hour and I was very impressed with how different people were pulled out to handle customers waiting.

This Huntington Beach branch of US Bank handles my transactions adequately. It is their Online Customer Interface that is second rate. You might think that after decades and decades of other banks and financial institutions solving software problems of transactions that this bank/company would have something competent but no -- a notch below mediocre. Bank elsewhere.

Sherry (who states is the branch manager) is extremely rude and unprofessional) called in about a simple question, when I tried to get two words in she consistently cut me off, and told me something I could understand. When I asked her to repeat what she said she rudely hung up on me.. I have everything recorded from my second phone and will be reporting Thai.. why do banks hire such rude people who lack BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Went in today to make a Deposit. I absolutely hate it when a Teller is tapping away on her computer at window 2 from the left and did not so much as acknowledge me in line. I got out of line, signed the check and got back in line apparently still without so much as I'll be with you shortly. I left and went to the ATM. I'll touch base with the Manager in my next in person visit. Not very happy with them today.

Since US bank doesn't accept walk-ins I found a better bank that provides customer service & avoid the no we cannot help you go on line ugly attitude.

They don't answer the phone, follow all their little "disclosures " and don't work with customers. I told them nobody reads the disclosures. So I accumulated 15 overdraft fees of $36 each in 5 days. $580 straight to US Bank. After I found out I called but of course they didn't answer so I drove there to find only one customer in the bank at the teller. Two employees were at their desk with nobody and the branch manager was in the back. After a long discussion they would not reverse any of the fees. I told them Chase does it all the time and it's not an FDIC rule so you can do it. The branch manager stepped in a reversed 2 charges. This place is old school and by the book. Don't expect any personalized service

Teller was very pleasant. She made ordering a new card quick and easy after I had just lost mine. Got a temporary card and was on my way. Nice, quiet little branch.

Terrible experience after terrible experience with US Bank do yourself a favour and bury your money in coffee cans or put it under your mattress.The worst thing with US Bank is they don't care they don't even act like they care

Its FUB (Fuk US Bank)!!!!! USB is my primary bank. I tried to move my LLC account for rental properties from another bank to USB, to consolidate my relationship. However, I was informed I had to register my LLC in CA (LLC is in NV). The bank had to do a site visit. I told the person I have a CA Franchise Tax Board number, and asked if someone in their NV office could do the site visit. I was told no, and I had to have my LLC registered in CA. I told her I am unwilling to go through the extra steps, that I didn't have to to through at the existing bank (which is a much larger bank vs USB). I was given the proverbial, every bank has its own rules. Well Fuk USB!!!!! I opened up the account at another bank without all the hassle. Thats what I get for trying to give my existing bank more biz: Lesson learned!!!!!

This is a very unprofessional place, I have had a few bad experiences. I called to this particular branch in order to ask a question about cashing a check that is written off of their bank. I spoke to a young man by the name of Jordan, who informed me that in order to cash a check I would need to set up a profile, which included I believe my name, Social Security number, and occupation. I asked him what the purpose of asking about my occupation was. He responded that that was the policy. I restated my question and asked him why they inquired about the occupation. He stated that it was the policy. I clarified to him that I understood that it was a policy, but continued that I was asking if he knew why that was necessary. He then told me that it was a policy and " if I had any other questions I could call corporate." I explained to him that I didn't feel that I needed to call anyone to get a question answered and I added that I thought that it was unnecessary for me to call someone else when I was talking to him. I then asked if he could answer the question and he responded, "First of all...". I cut him off and I told him he did not have to respond to me by saying first of all that this was not a personal conversation and I was asking a business question. He then said have a good day and hung up in my face. I called back to find out if there was a supervisor available and I was told by Tim that there was no supervisor working. I inquired about who the individual was it hung up in my face and Tim stated he was not sure but he offered to assist me. I think this exchange was unnecessary and unprofessional. I wanted to voice that opinion to a supervisor however it appears that there was none available.

very poor service. the teller flat out lied about putting a hold on a deposit, said there would be none since the deposit was a US BANK check, and then proceeded to put a hold on it. i called to complain and the personel at this branch did not even have the courtesy to return the call. there is no excuse for this, someone at the corporate level should intercede and make sure that customers are treated respectfully and honestly.

Complete waste of time. Ahmad had me email documents and drive down to tell me he couldn't help me today. Then had audacity to say I took longer than 10 minutes. But according to my app it took me 12 min. I called 30 min before closing to confirm he could do it. But his manager told me it's a 45 min procedure. THEN WHY AM I TOLD TO DRIVE DOWN w only 30 min until closing? Don't waste ur time like I did w this inexperienced branch. And Ahmad for the live if god u should shave that nappy lice infested long a** beard. Ur a banker. Not a lumber Jack.

Super helpful and friendly staff made sure I understood all processes to handle applying for a credit card and in doing so sold the idea of banking with them to me! I'll definitely be thinking about them when I need a bank for me or anyone I know, thank you for your professionalism and desire to make sure I left happy.
