Great hotel to stay at. I will stay there again next year when I go to oktoberfest next door. Room was nice, and they were able to get me a room on the west side, which was what I wanted. Check in/out was quick and easy. I did not try their breakfast though, next time.
Nearby activities: Oktoberfest is right next door.

Would have been better off sleeping in my car. The mattress was sunk in, the hotel in general is very dirty and i dealt with a very rude staff member. The people who own or run this hotel have no clue or no interest in running a hospitality business. Worst hotel stay in my life out of thousands around the world.

The slow draining shower, the lumpy/creaky bed, and the curt customer service make this place a must miss.

Olivia the Receptionist at the front desk was great! You guys need to give her a raise. She was very attentive and always smiling. Room was clean and didn’t have any issues. I stay here several times a year and definitely coming back.

lobby was renovated a few years ago, but that's where the progress stopped. Rooms are very neglected. paint chipping everywhere, thin walls - hear every other rooms business. No sink plugs. Noisy AC. One bar internet - was useless. Ice machines didn't work on any floor we tried. Restaurant and bar not open once in our 3 day stay. Poor beds, pillows and amenities. Had to reprogram keys EVERY day without fail.
On the upside - all of the staff were super sweet and accommodating. Couldn't have been friendlier. Price was cheap too. Get what you pay for !
Rooms: poor. at every level
Nearby activities: decent location across from a mall and Costco. founds a few places to eat.drink as the hotels outlets were never open.

The hotel surprised me very positively. I got a great price with some advance notice, and unlike most hotels in the USA, it is well decorated, modern and comfortable. I recommend it to any traveler. It has free parking for guests, which is a big plus for Los Angeles.

The staff is amazing and the hotel is centrally located to everything we do while in So Cal. This hotel is always a first pick when I book a vacation in So Cal.

Sink was WAY too hot, toilets wouldn't flush, beds are very small. It was clean though.

The only hotel that doesn’t have a microwave and a coffee stand in the lobby u actually have to get an upgrade to have a microwave u can use,it’s 2024 and microcar is less than $50.pls be better
Food and drinks: No fridge and no microwave for general use,like literally u don’t have access to those here

This hotel needs major renovation but, it was cheap. The hallway smelled horribly of cigarette smoke though the room i was in (non smoking) was fresh smelling. The AC would not get very cold even when I lowered to 60, the lowest setting. The bathroom had a barndoor slider style which was hard to close. When inside the room there was no grab bar to open and close it. The toilet had such low pressure it took multiple tries to flush. The cheap shower curtain was not long enough or wide enough leaving a lot of water that sprayed onto the floor. No way to hang clothes in my room. Tried to call the front desk, no dial tone on the old phone by the bed. I tried the gym which was very sparse. The treadmill didnt work great and stopped suddenly causing me to fall.
I stayed here instead of the Brand name hotel I normally stay at when I travel because it was a hundred dollars cheaper. I kind of regret it…

We were on the 8th floor. The fridge and microwave were great it helped alot. I dont know if its like this for all the units but we had an insanely loud air conditioner. It was difficult to sleep with the air conditioner on. There was no fan in the washroom, so everytime you would take a shower it would fog up. The curved shower rod was good but they need to have shower curtains that are wider so that the water stays in the tub. The water pressure of the shower was great.
The room was spacious, just wish the pillows were supportive. The staff were nice and somewhat accommodating. There were a few weird things though: it was posted on a sign that the gym was supposed to be open at a certain time but its never open at that time and when we reserved the hotel through our travel agent, it said on the paperwork that the checkout time was 1pm but the hotel would not honor that. The cleaning ladies were great, very efficient, the only thing is they didn't seem to have a consistent schedule. Be sure to ask for the door hanger that says "Please clean room" on one side and "Do not disturb" on the other side, apparantly only some rooms have both. The reason that is important is if you happen to be in the room when the cleaning lady comes by if they dont see the door hanger that says 'Please clean room' and they hear the tv on they may just skip your room.
The location was good, its right across the street from Bella Terre and Old World but the place is so run down, the breakfast was way overpriced for what it was and there is just so much under utilised space.

The prices are good for this location...the people working the counters are very nice and helpful....the rooms...ahhhh

Hotel rooms are being renovated. Inconvenient but decent stay at this hotel. Had to change rooms FOUR times on the same floor because rooms were either defective (phone in room not working and door handles coming off in bathroom) or ants in the rooms. The fourth room was on a different floor with an upgrade( microwave and refrigerator) and completed from the remodel. The lobby is very clean and staff was very welcoming and quick to fix my accommodations to better my stay. The hotel restaurant/bar was very nicely decorated and delightful drinks to sip on with a full bar. Once changed rooms that were not renovated or had ants I enjoyed my stay. Also great location near newly built Costco, the beach and Main Street for eateries and activities.
