This is one of my fave S&F locations (the other one being the Laguna location). I always walk out with something cute and all the ladies in the store are always soooo accommodating and attentive. Always such a vibe when walking into this store!! About 80% of my closet are clothes from S&F!! Their basics and staple pieces have lasted me 5+ years!!

Unbelievable customer service. I have never been so impressed with a clothing shop in my life. I hate shopping and I am not the greatest at it. I was instantly greeted by Meghan. She was so sweet, very knowledgeable, and had great style. She asked what type of outfits my cousin and I were looking for, handed us a glass of wine, and did all the work for us!! The outfits she picked out were perfection and was exactly what we were looking for. I will be shopping here for life. Thank you for the experience that we did not expect.

Best customer services. They are very sweet and helpful. I was able to get the perfect gift for my friend’s wedding tomorrow. They put the gift in the white classy bag with the ribbon and the real fresh flowers. I’m so impressed.
I will come back to shopping for my dress it so classy and reasonable for pricing.

Delicious Place to go for fresh shrimp civiche, Ahi Poki Bowl, yummy fish tacos or Clam chowder. Everything is so fresh and good. We love it everytime we go. Great little bar inside too with all window and patio looking out to the ocean♡

My high school age daughters went into shop by themselves - I was around but didn’t go in with them - they said this was the best they’d ever been treated at a store - wonderful customer service,The girls working were extraordinarily nice and helpful - and they said the cutest shop ever!!!! They found some cute stuff and I appreciate that they were treated well even though they were young! Thank you - we will be back!

I've written a review a couple of months ago on how I was being followed by a Really Tall Caucasian lady and never have I experienced that in my Life as a Black women! However yesterday was better! Arie (cashier) she was lovely, nice and made me feel comfortable! The women in the fitting room was nice and asked if I needed anything! The best experience ever at this location and I've been to all of them except the one towards Venice beach. But I'm a regular and would always shop at Stitch and Feather! Glad this location has improved on their customer service and not stalk black people around. Especially a Black Nurse!

I love this store because it has super cute clothing but it's not super expensive! All the girls their are super nice and helpful! Very friendly and clean store! Got my Easter outfit here today and some cute jeans!

I went to purchase something at this cute boutique, wanting to support a small businesss. Upon checkout, the young woman, no smile, no facemask- was cold and borderline rude. I, the customer smiled and said "thank you", and she replied coldly "of course.". I understand that it's a pandemic, but customer service is still important.

This is hands down one of my favorite stores! They always have super cute, great quality clothes for a good price! All the employees are very nice, stylish and attentive. They take your clothes to the fitting room right away so that you don't have to carry them around while you shop. They also pulled pieces for me that I didn't even notice while shopping and ended up loving and purchasing! Definitely a great experience and I'm so happy with all the clothes that I purchase from there.
