I was having a hard time with my dog...this was my 2nd attempt for training help....Alison killed it!!! Layman's terms instructions that absolutely worked for me! It took about a day of implementing her techniques, and he's actually making huge changes! I'd absolutely recommend her!

Great facility. I feel my 9 month old Labrador Retriever granddog Lucy is in good hands and is so happy to come here. Lots of love and a great staff. Very welcoming and the facility is clean and well kept

The staff is friendly and responsive. Had the dogs stay with them for the weekend and they are healthy. They definitely try and maintain a clean facility as a bleach smell permeates the premise. I supposed that's good when compared to the alternatives. Definitely would bring the dogs back. A good place

Splash is the best!! Our lab has been going here since he was a puppy and he gets so excited when we ask him, “Do you want to go to Splash?” Very lucky to have found a place with such great staff, who are always so friendly. I could go on and on about how great they are. Thanks, Splash, for taking such good care of our Benny!!

I'm updating my review 10/23 to one star. I should have done so years ago. They stopped being the same place they were when they were new. We used them a couple times after my dog was injured but according to my veterinarian the mechanism of injury didn't match what they said happened. We were never comfortable again. They also handled the entire thing poorly. At that time they were already starting to overcrowd all those years ago.Recent videos they have posted to social media clearly show they're taking on more dogs then they have room for. Money has clearly overruled fun and safety.*****Original review :My pup is happier here than any daycare I've taken him to. He has separation anxiety issues. The owners really love and care about their daycare "pack".

My dog Blakey absolutely loves this place and I can trust them to take care of her while I am on vacation. It’s great to see her in the daily video too.

Our dog George loves spending time at Splash and he especially loves splashing in the pool! He also boarded there for 2 weeks in May during our vacation and we knew he was well cared for so it gave us pet parents piece of mind.

My boys get excited when we are getting close and sleep great afterwards. I think that pretty much is all I need to know that my pups like it here.

We started bringing Maggie to Splash a couple of months ago. She is a rescue and can get nervous very easily in environments she isn't familiar with. From the moment we drove up to Splash we had a feeling it would be a better environment for Maggie. You don't hear dogs frantically barking from the moment you arrive, which can be the case at many other places. The staff all seem happy to be at work and happy to be with the dogs. For Maggie, Splash has been the best experience that she has had with a doggie daycare and boarding. We take her about once a week and every single time she comes back happy and very loving. At other places she has gone to she would come back timid, extremely nervous and it would take her a couple days to get back to her normal self. We love that we have found a place that she feels happy and safe on days that we drop her off to play or to board.

My puppy Chevelle has been going to this daycare for the past three months. This facility by far is the best I have ever experienced. My other for babies in the past have gone to other daycare's and this one by far is the best. She has had training there and attends daycare three times a week and sometimes on the weekends. The staff there are trained professionals for instance last week one of the employees noticed there was something with my puppies paw I received a phone call and made an appointment for the vet it turned out that she had an infection which is now being treated. I myself would never have paid attention to that but the staff is traimed to look for injuries, etc a dog may have. This is one of the cleanest facilities I've ever taken my dog to with the friendliest staff ever.If you're looking for a place to take your fur baby to that is clean and very professional then this is the place for you.I don't live in Orange County I drive to the facility is 45 minutes round-trip and well worth that. They also offer an evaluation so your dog is there for four hours free of charge which is phenomenal to me.I have referred many of my friends and colleagues to this place and their fur babies absolutely love it.

I originally wanted to leave this place a good review for trying to be helpful but I had taken my dog there for his temperament assessment, I picked him up after 2 hours since he wasn't quite qualified yet. When I arrived to pick him up he was screaming in their kennel area. They DO NOT not how to handle a large breed puppy. I strongly believe they left him in there the whole time. At home, he is never left unsupervised with anything he can chew through or any toys so I know for fact that he didn't ingest anything he shouldn't have. They are probably understaffed and shouldn't take on more than they can handle. Well, fast forward.. MY 8 MONTH OLD PUPPY WAS LEFT WITH SOME SORT OF SOFT CHEWABLE BEDDING OR A TOY WITHOUT SUPERVISION. It blows my mind that they are a daycare and boarding center. Dogs are dogs and EVERYONE knows not to leave them be with things they can eat or ingest. A day later he wouldn't eat and he threw up his dinner and a huge piece of material with a zipper. He later tried to go potty and had a hard time going and pushed out a string of cloth! He still has a partial obstruction from this. Also by the way, they say they expect a fecal testing, THEY DO NOT. So your babies could possibly get something here as they don't even check for that. If they can't handle every situation that a dog could be put in, they are sure not competent enough to care and watch over your loved fur babies. They don't even supervise and it's ridiculous. No wonder they have you sign all the liability forms to excuse them from NEGLECT! My sister works at a reputable day care further from me that also has cameras to check what's going on. She can tell they don't care by just how they handled his temperament assessment and how they don't have the training or the skill to handle different temperament and dog behavior. These girls here are not qualified, GO ELSEWHERE unless you want unnecessary vet bills. There are better local places you should look for.In response to the defensive owner that wasn't even present:Incessant wasn't the term your staff used, they repeatedly said it can happen since he is young and unaltered. I understood the reasoning, and had no fight about it. It was the first try since we've had him and thought what a better place to help with socializing right? Unfortunately it didn't work out and that part is 100% understandable and I am not arguing that. It's the fact you deny nothing was left with him. I wish I went and read the other awful reviews. The neglect this place has. I'm sure some have had great experiences but there are some that won't speak up and here it is. Went elsewhere and had no issue with the "incessant mounting" and did not place blame that he is unaltered. He tried once, got corrected and didn't have an issue again with an alternative boarding center and I was also able to see my guy on camera, guess what?.. behaving. Instead of shedding blame on the unaltered, you probably should just not take unaltered dogs. Your staff put him with something and it was ingested. Period. People are more inclined to write good reviews than bad, and to see how the owner responds to bad ones is sad. Read the other reviews before choosing this excuse of a daycare. It wasn't a problem to find another facility that did better and communicated better, so I had zero issue finding boarding.
