As someone who is looking for a new salon, I was interested in trying this place. However, my first encounter was with the owner/ manager of the place. There was no friendly greeting when we entered. Not even a hello. Only a "sign in here and pick your color." If you are the owner of this place and the first point of contact for your business, then you need to be going out of your way to make your customers feel welcome. There are so many options for nail salons in the area. You need to do what you can to stand out. Great customer service is a way of doing that.

Very very bad &Very cheap and harmful materials, me and my friend, my skin suffered severe injuries and did not last more than a day, despite the high price, I do not recommend it at all

I find it funny that after so many bad reviews they change their name and “remodel”. Terrible service and terrible mani pedi when my daughter and I went.

Owner was by herself but she was awesome. Very intelligent and friendly. Hopefully she can build up her business with more manicurist .

Horrible eyelash extensions. My eyes burned the whole time. After 10 minutes I asked her to stop because I didn’t want them anymore then tried to charge me $80 so I just had her finish them. Came out looking like natural set of lashes looks nothing like a volume set with a bunch of white stuff all over my lashes. Super disappointing.

Under a new management, this is a new fresh look. Their staff is very friendly and professional and I was able to just walk in and get service right away. I was very happy with the results ☺and looking forward to more visits. And don't forget about their 20% discount ?

This is an okay salon the ladies are very nice. The only issue I had was that one of my nails broke only after 5 days of getting them done here. I went back so they could fix it, they charged me 5 dls to get it fixed which I understand but in the first place my nails should have lasted longer, a few days later 2 more broke, I had nails before and they lasted for a very long time and didn't break. If they wouldn't have charged to fix the nail I probably would've went back but the lady said 5 days was a long time.
