This review is for this Christmas tree lot only. I went today to get a Christmas tree and had the BSET experience all thanks to an employee that was working there named Charlie Lowe. He was super helpful and went way above and beyond what you would expect. He was so knowledgeable about Christmas trees and took such pride in his job. Thanks to him my family and I have kicked off the holiday season of giving and hope, stress free with a beautiful tree. Charlie, Home Depot is VERY lucky to have you and thank you so much for your wonderful customer service!

This location is super chill. I love when I walked into the location and the very first thing that the staff does his greet you. It makes you feel at home. They have really good deals at this location as well. I buy tools all the time and this Home Depot location always has really good deals for me to buy my tools had a really good price. I hate when I go into location and the tools are so hot and so expensive you can't even afford them. This location does not have that problem at all. I also came in to buy a lock for my mailbox. The staff at the location was super helpful and they help me find everything that I was looking for. They have tons of light as well. Interior lights that you can use to help decorate your house. Everything is super beautiful inside the store. I know it's kind of weird to say things are beautiful at Home Depot but it is something that I truly appreciate The inside of the store is pretty clean as well. There's not a lot of trash and stuff all over the floor. All in all this was just a super good experience.

This is a really cool Home Depot location. Everything was in order. It was super easy to find the things I was looking for. The staff that work at this location is super kind. They were super helpful and they help me find everything that I needed. The store is really clean it was not dirty at all. That's super helps and makes you feel a lot more comfortable walking in and out of the location. The parking at the store was super simple as well. All the items that were on the shelf for an order and everything was really easy to locate. I hate when I walk into a store and I cannot find anything that I'm looking for. Especially at Home Depot location. This location does not have that problem at all. The bathrooms are super clean as well. It made you feel comfortable to actually go in and use the bathroom. I hate when I go into a location in the bathroom is so dirty do not even feel comfortable using it. Everything at this location was awesome

I would not recommend buying front doors or any doors from home depot. First it took 15 weeks to arrive at the store and another 3 weeks to schedule the install. Then on day of install doors arrived defective. Returned them to home depot and since they sat at store the manufacture wouldn't respect warranty because it was past notification period. Home Depot provided only 2 options. Offered a refund or reorder doors and wait another 18 weeks. Took no responsibility for the situation. Awful customer service.

Ordered all new kitchen appliances and paid for delivery and instillation. The only appliance installed was my microwave so I called and asked for a refund on my other instillation fees. Jerry the appliance manager ignored all notes of me notifying and requesting my refund as well as the pictures of my stove, fridge, and dishwasher not installed. He proceeded to tell me an investigation team was looking into the case. This went on for 3 months as well as numerous phone call attempts and hours spent on the phone. I've finally received my refund as I finally walked into the store and Tho, an appliance specialist here took care of me and explained how ridiculous it has taken this long to refund me for a job that was not done. I would not recommend dealing with Jerry and would ultimately advise to buy appliances elsewhere. The customer service on his end was the worst I've seen.

do not buy Rheem water heaters from Home Depot their warranty policy sucks the communication with Reem and Home Depot sucks after three years a water heater failed could not get a hold of Rheem Home Depot would not honor any return a warranty even though it's still under warranty for three more years nor did the manager at Home Depot on Magnolia care

Wow! This is a nice Home Depot! A lot better than any location in Los Angeles or San Bernardino. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend this location!

Today we met Mary. She came to check on us, pet our dog, and gave him a giant dog cookie. Such a warm and wonderful person. Thank you, Mary, for making a stop for screws and wood a heart warming experience.

Great experience here getting ready for a Bathroom Cabinet re-hab project. Got lucky to find a couple of seasoned paint pros behind the counter that helped me pick out the best supplies for the job. It turned out great. See photos. Prior to that I needed some Lucite that was not on the shelf but web showed 200+ pieces. After I pushed the clerk a bit she found it and got the guys with the lift to hoist it down so I can inspect and then buy a sheet. I am from LA but shop in OC Home Depots bc it's nearly impossible to get focused help in LA. It's a mess in LA.

I had a Milwaukee nailer that broke on us, Milwaukee has lifetime warranty for their tools. So I go to my Home Depot by my house this morning to exchange it for a new one. Hassle free no questions asked. I got to our job site in Huntington open the package and realize I got a crown stapler. So I go over to this Home Depot, tell him what happened, the cashier asked for help. The girl told me I have yo go back where I got it 30miles away, so he called the manager and same shit. You have to go back to your store 30 efing miles away to do a simple swap out of the mistake, and he tells me if i came to their store to do it first they wouldn't replace it for me Because of my date of purchase. Does this come out of your paycheck? I had to do today's drive 4 times just for an exchange because your dick head manager has a stick up his ass and can't satisfy a customer. I drove back to my store, and not a question. They even apologized to me, for the mix up. Fuck Huntington Beach Home Depot and especially their management.

If you are prior Military some employees will not accept your DD-214 picture on your phone. I have been out of the military for 30 years and when I got out the Navy they told me that the DD-214 is like gold. I have had two cashiers at this store just refuse to look at my DD-214 with my name on it and straight up deny to accept it. One of the cashiers was a probably 20 years old and advised me that I should laminate the DD-214, uh that would be NO. It would be nice if Home Depot set up a proper system like Lowe's or just don't offer it, but this is total BS!!! Matter of fact all of the employees at Lowe's thank the military for their service, the two employees at Home Depot almost look at me with discuss. Great Job Lowe's. Home Depot poor customer service!!!

Just stopped in to pick up a few items, and as I was paying, read a sign saying there was a coin shortage and I needed exact change to pay in cash. There is no "coin shortage". It appears Home Depot is trying to push the "no cash" agenda. If you lie to your customers about this "coin shortage", how can you be trusted for anything else? I'll go elsewhere for my home improvement needs. Bye Home Depot.

So this just happened...I went into Home Depot. 1pm ish and I stood by the key kiosk where you get keys duplicated for 15 minutes. I kept looking around for an employee to appear. No one. I walked down the isle and found an employee and asked if he could direct me to someone who could duplicate some keys for me. He proceeded to interrupt two employees in the tool area who were having their own casual conversation. It was as if we were bugging them. The bald gentleman said...you know there is a machine down the way where you can do it yourself. Guess he didn't want to be bugged during work hours. I went and made my own keys. Something I could have done at Walmart. I own a construction company that's spends $100,000's at Home Depot each year. Super frustrated!
