Horrendous customer service. You will be on hold for 45 minutes and get nowhere. I can’t believe anyone still goes to this awful pharmacy.

My friend has been actively searching for Hello Kitty merchandise at CVS. Despite reaching out to the manager and employees, there's been inconsistency in their responses. On one occasion, a customer seemingly got the last Hello Kitty item, but subsequent searches in the store turned up empty. It appears that the manager might be withholding merchandise and selectively distributing it, potentially for personal gain or favoritism. The fact that employees are unable to display Hello Kitty items in the store raises concerns about unfair treatment and possible preferential treatment for certain customers. This behavior, if true, is highly inappropriate and goes against fair business practices.

A lady working in Farmasi was very rude. I asked her to recommend a vitamin and she was very harsh and did not care at all. It is a very bad place.

my dear friend has went here everyday in hopes of finding a specific item and she was not helped out . She was told they didn't have them and to keep coming in to check which she did. One day she came and she seen a lady purchasing that specific item and she asked where she found it, she claimed it was on a shelf. Which was a lie. She asked the workers if they had another and they said they didn't she then said she seen someone purchasing it. Then they changed there narrative. The worker then brought her one claiming it was the last one in a very rude way .. the worker claimed it was the managers fault . That's a very shady manager. You should not be working if you are going to discriminate like that. Don't recommend at all.

I'd give it a negative score if it were possible. This pharmacy opens late, and whenever I need to pickup a prescription, it's never ready. They have 2 open drive thru lanes but when I went to the outer lane, I was asked to move to the other lane because the outer lane was supposedly an "express lane" event hough there's no sign to that effect. No point in complaining either because they just cut you off and talk over you. Absolutely horrible.

Went at 340 in the afternoon and no note that the server was down to let customers know. It's just seems the employees are pulling a fast one on the employer. They just locked the door but didn't put a sign up.

Pharmacy, pharmacist and staffs are great. They are constantly busy as they have walk in, drive through, on the phone, and over the internet customers. If you have a little patience, then in no time you’ll get what you’re there for. I see rude people barging in and demanding their needs fulfilled right there and then with an attitude.
I can’t say the same thing for their cashier who work at around 10:40am on 12/8/22. Skipping over me and making me wait while he took his sweet time chitchat with a customer. Even when he came over to help, it’s not much help with dry and short answers with a demeanor that I was bothering him. And he just walked away without asking if I still needed help. What a rude employee!!!

Very unpleasant staff. Issues with CoVID test and poor directions/signs then rude staff. Always an issue. Use another cvs location!
