Wow I am Completely unimpressed. I was really excited to take the 9:30 a.m. "booty theighs and belly workout class with Connie j". I arranged my whole schedule on Friday morning so that I could make it to this class. I walked into crunch there was nobody at the counter. Now keep in mind I have never been here before, I don't know what the protocol is I don't know where the class is I don't know who the teacher is ( I've never met them before) then finally someone wanders over just looked like a random gym goer guy no name tag no crunch T-shirt nothing to indicate that they worked there they did not offer me information like hello they did not introduce themselves. I had to ask if they worked there. I said I was new I was doing the first time trial thing showed him the email the guy seemed completely uninterested didn't even look at it. The guy then just pointed me in a general direction toward the back of the gym. Now keep in mind I've never been here before so if it were me and I worked there I would walk the new person directly over to where the class was because they probably wouldn't know where it is. And isn't that that guy's job? To help people? I was hesitant to walk into this room because it looked like there was already people using the room and I didn't want to interrupt. When I did walk in they said nothing to me completely ignored me. I had no idea what was going on if I was interrupting a class ? if this was the class? if they were just a group of three people that likes to get together? no idea. Then when the class started the teacher did not introduce herself did not welcome me to the class did not tell me what equipment I was going to need for the class, I guess she expected me to know everything I was going to need and what to do seeing as how I had already told her - I had never been there before. I had to ask what I needed and I still didn't get a direct response, she quite literally acted as though she did not want to speak to me. I watched what another person was doing and just did what they did. I did say I had never been there before and I didn't know what to do where to go what equipment I needed I was ignored. The class sort of started again I didn't really know what was going on if it was officially starting if she was just explaining what we were doing during the class, it wasn't clear. Then a few minutes later a couple of white people walked in late to which she lit up and said "oh hi thanks for joining us! You'll need heavy weights and a mat for this class." So I have to wonder was it racism? Like did I need to be more white to get acknowledgment or an introduction from the teacher? I did notice that the other Mexican American looking woman who walked in after me also had to ask a bunch of questions and was pretty much ignored by the teacher so maybe that's what it is? This is a warm and welcoming place only if you're white. The website boasts a lot of rhetoric about positivity and how this is a positive place and there's a camaraderie and a community within the crunch environment. Which I will admit got me pretty interested in this place that definitely appealed to me and that is not what I experienced at all. I'm writing this review but I doubt anyone will see it or anyone will care. But I was completely disappointed and will not be back - crunch you definitely lost my business.

Come on!!! Here's your gym rat. In the women's. Bathroom!!! In Huntington Beach. I literally screamed!!! And told the front desk people!I think it's funny that it took this long for you to even know anything about it and it's kind of sad that it even came in.... that means your employees leave food where you attract rodents. And for sure wouldn't want to be at any gym with rodents like that because we already have " Covid" and the "flu"

Visiting from out of state on unfortunate business, I was very fortunate to happen upon this facility, which offers a day pass to non-members. Daniel was very personable and professional in explaining and extending this to me, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and friendly helpful staff. This would be my "go to" and membership location if I moved here. Well organized, clean, and laid out. Thank you!

It doesn't have my favorite company for machines (freemotion) but what they do have is younger people than 24 hour fitness down the street.

Be aware of this business. When young people sign up they make them sign a contract for $60/year additional fee. When the year is up without any reminder the charge just shows up on your credit card. They are not willing to refund even if you decide to cancel membership while the charge is still pending, claiming the child signed the contract.

Came to the gym at 7 am and sat and waited about 15 mins, and the employee did not show to open the gym. Excited that I pay 30 dollars per month. Pretty bad that I watch 20 of us sit outside the gym. Funny how the people who attend the gym and more willing to show up then someone who gets paid to be here.

Billy, the trainer is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! You need to go to his classes immediately. I've never gotten a better workout in my life than his HIIT class! He is so respectful, professional and motivating. He encourages me every class. Best instructor ever in the fitness universe!!! :)

This place is a great value. The thing I liked best was that I didn’t have to set up monthly payments. I hate monthly recurring payments. They’re so difficult to stop. Anyway, I paid one lump sum for the year and got a good discount. The gym is clean and the machines are in good repair. I really enjoy the classes. I would like the classes better if they weren’t mostly 30 minutes long with no time to stretch and warm up or cool down.

We want to give a shout out to Conner, who was working the desk yesterday afternoon. He was very helpful and also has the best playlist for a high-energy workout! I didn't use my earbuds the entire hour - which is a first for us in three years of working out at this facility. Thanks Conner!

Honestly the gym is cool I'm new to area and this staffs been the kindest respectful people Ive met in HB. Everyone seems pleasant, gyms always clean restrooms are gross sometimes but thats the patrons. Grown men pooping on toilets etc. reflects the culture and dynamic of people. Close to my new place and never to crowded ⚡?

I've lost almost 150lbs and so much is do to the supportive and great environment. I owe a huge debt to my trainer, Keyon. He's freaking incredible and I couldn't have asked for a better fit. Highly recommend trying him out if you are looking for a trainer!!

This review is for management. You are obviously unaware of the constant NO SHOW openings at 5am. This has been happening on a regular basis. Please find a reliable employee as this has gotten WORSE and WORSE. It happened TWICE this week. Many of us have jobs that we need to actually show up for.

Great gym, a bit small so pick your time so it's not too crowded around 9:00 to 1:00 p.m. is usually the best to avoid the crowds. Good staff membersing nice plenty of equipment definitely worth the price.

They don’t clean the place and they steal your money from you. They don’t allow you to read contracts before signing them and only after you sign it do they send it to your email spam folder. You could go a whole year without knowing they’re taking $45-80 a week from you for “training”. And they won’t give it back to you when you ask. Happened to me, my mother, and a few friends of mine who USED to train there. Never ever going back until that franchise’s sales manager is behind bars
