Hi everyone, It really saddens me to say that this Starbucks is not the same as it once was. They HAD a wonderful team. Key word is HAD. I worked nearby, so when I absolutely needed a coffee, like absolutely needed a pick me up, I come to this place. Not by preference but by how close it was.( a little background: Every time I get this really rude girl, Gabby. She has had me waiting for 10 minutes at one point when there was no one around or anything. She constantly over charges me and ruins my beverages. I actually have a experience in Starbucks and I understand if you have a bad day or you just can't handle working in customer service sometimes but my gosh. I have been nothing but a peach. I mean I understand the customer service and I work in the hospitality industry. )Anyways, Today I go to purchase a iced coffee from here. Nothing special, right . I really tried being patient and kind but this was my last straw with her. She deliberately didn't make my beverage after making everyone behind me's drinks. She even said to her new employee," hey, don't make it I got it." The girl looked confused. This is terrible service. Mind you I got a iced coffee not a frappe and this time I noticed it was personal. Well gabby you are a rude little girl!

SCAM !!!!!I dropped $1 worth of pennys and dimes in the machine, expecting to get a $1 bill or coupon.The machine gave me a $0.38 coupon. The remaining 62 cents were captured as "fees".Shame.

Never had a good experience here. They've made me lattes without the espresso, gave me cold food, etc. I used to work for Starbucks and I've see that they don't follow standard cleaning/storage protocols. I've come 4 times over the course of a year and it never improves.

Slowest and rudest Starbucks ever. Libr of six customers. 1 batista taking orders and making orders 1 by 1, while not even addressing waiting customers. The other.. organizing the cookies. When I finally made it to the register to pay (for a cup)... they asked me to wait while they "found a bag." I refused, saying it was fine and that I had waited Ling enough while they were texting. The mLe got defensive saying the female was checking online orders. Mind you.. a line of 6+ had grown behind me.. they had yet to say a word to a single person. I couldn't take a Starbucks survey because 1.. no name badges. 2.. he refused to give me a receipt

I love starbucks and this one is closest to my house so I decided to try it for a change instead of the one by my work. My usual is a chai tea latte which I ordered here, grabbed it to go and took it with me to work. When I started to drink it, I could taste 0 chai. It literally just tastes like hot milk. Giving 2/5 because the girls were really nice and I think it was just a mistake. But definitely not coming back to this one. Wish it didn't take $5 to learn that lesson

Love coming here every morning ( Starbucks at Vons on Atlanta & Magnolia) for my coffee, sometimes twice a day. No matter my mood the girls always put a smile on my face. They know each customers special drinks and make mine always better than any other Starbucks. I am always regretting going to any other Starbucks because they really do take the time to make everyone's drink how they order it. The girls are always super helpful and sweet, especially my girls Jazmine, Kaetlin and Amy ... that's the dream team I call it . They really do represent Starbucks well and hopefully there manager's see how hard they work and go above and beyond for the customers. Thanks girls glad you are there to make my coffee every morning!!!

I've been going to this Starbucks for a while, and I can definitely say that Jazmine has an amazing team here! Everyone is always so friendly! I'm a regular here so Kaitlin, Amy, and Isaiah know me by name, and they're always the sweetest! If they ever mess up on my drink (which is rare, but hey, they're human, mistakes happen) they fix it no problem! There's a couple other staff members I don't know by name since I rarely see them, but they've always been nice as well! Overall, they are speedy with drinks, remember customers quite well (from what I've seen/heard with other customers), and always have great customer service. Definitely my favorite Starbucks to go to :)Also sorry if I misspelled anyways names haha

Always good service, especially with Kaylee. Give that girl a raise because she knew how to make a good caramel frap. Very nice and welcoming, go often enough and she'll remember what you like.

Can't hate the 'bucks. Great cup o' joe. My choice of the day is a Tall Iced Americano. It's excellent every time. I am not happy about the straw thing. So I am posting a picture of straws.
