We recently opened an new account with Chase in October 22 at the branch located at the corner of Brookhurst nd Adams. This is the worst experience we ever facing with. The banker Emilio Lopez opened the account for us and our first payroll roll check was directly deposited to the account long other checks. After a week our account was closed because Chase fraud department suspected this is a fraud account. Emilio suggested that we should reopened a different new account and again the second account was closed and all of our checks currently were hold back for more than 2 months. We went to the bank to look for Emilio for help and was instructed that he was promoted to a business banker and longer work at the branch. After 2 months all of our money are freezes in the closed account and we don't even know when they will refund our money. In the meanwhile we don't have money to pay for our daily expense. This is the worst experience we are facing. This is a horrible bank, horrible practice and horrible customer service.

Wow, just wow. Took an hour and half and 50 pages of gobbledygook to put myself on my mothers existing account in case something happens to her. They asked for 2 forms of ID and the usual I'd stuff, no harm no foul. But then they started asking all sorts of unnecessary information like where I work how much I make etc.I am not borrowing money, how in the world was it this difficult to get a name on an account. Gotta love just being a number and not having privacy

Zelle (and Chase) can go to hell!!!!! I had a business account here for my rental real estate LLC for three years. I used Zelle to send money to myself on a monthly basis. However, unbeknownst to me, last month Zelle changed the recipients phone number for my profile. It read my name, but someone else's number. It was one digit off. Once I found out the money went to the wrong person, I called Chase to reverse the transaction. I was given the "run around" and instructed to go to the branch. I go to the branch and they informed me the transaction cannot be reversed, but I should call another number. I call the other number and they inform me that I should call the other party. Then I was transferred to another number. Fuk this!!!!! I called the other party and they informed me that they notified their bank, and asked them to reverse the transaction. They are with Wells and that big bank did not reverse the transaction for 8 business days. I finally received my money back after 10 business days, but only after I threatened to file a complaint with Chase's primary regulator. I found out later that 10 days is the maximum time allowed before the bank has to return the money. After all this, Chase has the audacity to tell me, they can debit my account if after their investigation they find wrongdoing: Da fuk!!!!! I didn't change the recipients phone number mthrfukrs! Your fukn Zelle system that you own with a consortium of other banks that are too big to fail changed it. I ended up closing my account. Keep in mind this is not my first negative experience with Chase. Prior to the Great Recession, they sent me a card and said sign here, we'll give you a six figure equity line. When the GR hit, they canceled my line (I wasn't using it anyway). There was a class action suit and I ended up getting a whopping $25. Well FUC (Fuk U Chase)!!!!! You are an unethical bank that has been fined hundreds of millions of dollars bc you have inadequate systems to monitor money launderers, and two of your former advisors were sued by their grandmother for steering her into unsuitable investments and forging her signature. Its a wonder your chairman still has his job.

One reason I choose a bank is so they protect my money. What a failure Chase has been! Stay away from Chase Bank!!! A company incorrectly charged me $175 on my card in December, 2020. I called Chase and filed a protest. 4 months later, after multiple conversations with Chase Represenratives, Chase tells me there is noting they can do because the vendor I allegedly used, used used a 3rd party pay vendor called Square Cash, and Chase has no agreement with Square Cash. I have gone round and round with Chase over this. It is wrong on so many levels and possibly even illegal. In any event, I have never known of a bank who sends my money to a party in which they have no agreement with. And... if this were the case, they should have told me this in December and not strung this out for months.

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

This location on Brookhurst and Adams is way better than the location on Brookhurst and Garfield! The representative by the name of Molly and the representative by the name of G were both very pleasant and professional as well as a great help! I could say the opposite for the Garfield location as they were extremely rude. Take my advice and come to this location for a refreshing experience.

After going to two other locations that were closed, Bianca, the branch manager, provided outstanding service to me today at this location ! I walked in very last minute and she was happy to help me and did not rush anything at all. She went above and beyond. Very very grateful

I get all the gripes about chase bank and even this branch. Especially now with all that's going on even complicating things further. I was about to give up on chase bank after being a customer ever since chase took over the Washington mutual banks which I was a customer. I just started another business account with chase and had nothing but issues with it since opening it. Over 3 weeks later and still not resolved all over an issue on their end. Multiple visits to the branch since u can't call the 800 number right now u just end up on hold for hours and hours I was honestly looking into ways I could file a complaint against the bank. The one guy who worked with me the entire time was the branch manager Gurinder. Very professional, good customer service, and went above and beyond to make sure he did everything he and his team could do to help. The rest of his team also always did their best to do whatever they could to help. Restored my faith maybe not with this bank but definitely with this branch. Great job thanks again guys.

I came in looking to learn about the details around opening an account and investing with Chase. I spoke with Richard Barnes, who was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and informative. I left with a wealth of information and satisfaction. Awesome guy, ask for Richard when you go in! Chase has a lot of great banking and investment options, it is well worth considering and at least seeing your options with them.

Seriously ....this new bank model? Someone needs to bring their corporate down o reality. I was told when there was fraud on my acct they would "rush " my card to me in 3-5days...called 5 days later ...oh there was no rush put on it...you should get it in another 7-10 days, it was sent out yesterday .... some banks will issue a temp ATM... ..gesh...MAYBE LEAD WITH THAT???? And fyi...it only works on ATMs and has a lower limit. But, girl at wierd counter that when you need her goes behind glass door????? That's a lot of protection..opening and closing that door??? WHO MAKES THIS STUFF UP??? IDIOTS ...no common sense at alll
