I dropped in at this branch in October 2023 to speak with a rep about applying for a C.C. , While sitting and waiting to be called, I noticed a lady rep talking to a customer nicely and patiently. She seemed very informative too. I asked the bank’s receptionist if that rep has time today , she didn’t. So, I left went home and made an online appointment via my Chase mobile app. for October 31,2023 at 12;00 pm. The same rep -Bianca Bigolin welcomed me happily .We sat down and she went through all the options I had for applying for a Credit Card. Explanations were so clear and straightforward that was able to decide which option to choose right away. In another branch, they had misinformed me about adding my son to my CC but she correctedmistake and I added my son to my application . I’m trying to build up credit for him.Anyways this was the best bank- going experience I’ve ever had thanks to Ms. Bigolin?

I had a great experience today, Marilou (I believe she's the branch manager) was incredible and super kind. I got what I needed even before the bank was officially open.

I came one hour before closing the branch and I was rejected to open business account because “it will take a lot of time”. Interesting policy for the new customers.

Horrible ATMs!!! Tried to make a cash deposit with the outside ATM, it didn't work. Kept saying card error and yes I know how to insert a card into an ATM. I decided to go into the one ATM inside of the lobby which is open after hours. It took my card and my cash deposit but gave me an error and said it didn't go through. Oh but you took my cash and gave me some stupid receipt to call customer service to make sure my deposit went through?! Im sitting here writing this review as I've been on hold for almost an hour trying to reach someone in the "claims" department! So much for being one of Chases special Private Clients! Worst experience with these junky broken ATMs , on hold for over an hour and no record now of my deposit - JUST GREAT! Still on hold and they better rectify this and my money lost in thier machine.

I went with my contractor to cash a check for less than $2,500. I went to Valentino who has been polite and helpful in the past. My contractor does not have an account with Chase bank and they wanted to charge him $10.00 to cash the check. Valentino asked Matthew if the $10.00 could be removed but only Matthew was so eager to quote the branch's position and would not waive the $10.00 fee. He was more than rude he was adamant. Absurd. My contractor can cash a check at his own bank and there is no fee. I called the executive offices for Chase they waive the $10 fee because Elliot standing in for the branch manager would not waive the $10.00 fee. Elliot was standing in for the branch manager and he was shaking when he handed me his business card. He stayed behind the wall like a shaking coward so nobody could see him until he had to come out and enter a few numbers in the system for the teller to waive the $10 fee. I could have just crossed off my contractors name wrote cash or put my name on the check then cash the check and give the money to my contractor. Instead I called and waited 10 minutes for them to figure out how and why they should be waiving a $10 fee. I do not recommend banking at this particular branch because my contractor explained to me that at another Chase branch they waived the $10.00 for him from their customers account. Maybe it's because that customer is a female and I'm a male.

This is the worst chase I've ever encountered, this is my local chase now that I moved across the street. They are so lazy and untrained, I have been to chase numerous times and they always take care of any issues on the spot. At this location all they do is tell you to call the number in the back of the card, just came in because I had 3 suspicious charges on my account and a fraud alert. I was instructed to call the number on the back of the card... bro every time I've had a suspicious charge at another branch they'd sit me down go over the charges in the computer and order me a new card. This is just f****** insane and explains why this place is always empty, they have no knowledge or customer service skills to offer. F****** pathetic

Let me first share that this review is in no way a reflection of the previous 50 minutes I spent on hold before being somehow redirected to a department I could not understand and then placed back on hold. We all know call centers to begin with are a nightmare, so why should Chase be any different. I digress. Back to my raving review of this Chase branch location! Marilou (VP Branch Manager) warmly greeted me when I entered which I exchanged while explaining my "new and interesting" situation with a deposit. She heard my narrative of the deposit and without placating me or feeding me a bunch of custoner service scripted jargon explained what happened and what the outcomes could be, and with my approval went to do whst she needed to. While waiting, Elliott (AVP Private Cliebt Banker) chatted with me while remaining relavant to my visit and was very informative! Elliott also provided me follow up actions for first thing Monday? My situation has not resolved as of yet (due to no fault of any persons or entity just the systems themselves and that is reassuring) and that is okay because I believe the information and follow up to be accurate and I left with a while lot more understanding than when I walked in. Thank you both!

Yesterday, I needed to set up a wire transfer to a pending escrow set to close on Friday. A little urgency on my part but I was helped by a smart young man, Herbert Medrano, who went through the steps, took down the info and set up the wire transfer without a hitch. Well, there was 1 hitch. He asked for an escrow number. I searched for it on the papers but came up empty. I made a few phone calls and found out they didn't use escrow no's. My banker had an alternative and we completed the process rather quickly from there. Great job. He ought to be promoted someday soon.

I've been banking with Chase since they bought out Washington Mutual. Rarely if ever have problems and they are always taken care of promptly. Last week I took my twins in to open their own accounts. One was a transfer from a high school account he's had and one was a new account for the other. They also opened savings accounts and closed a few (because I simply had too many) accounts for me. Herbert was absolutely kind and patient with a lot of questions for new bankers and an old woman who had to be walked through a zelle money transfer. He was kind and personable and it's that kind of service that keeps me from jumping ship to those new online banks. You can't get that kind of personal involvement with a phone conversation.

I went in to set up my first ever bank account. Though it took a bit of time, everyone was extremely helpful and are very qualified at what they do. Thank you for the great service!

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.
