Real Sense Of Community Here The Employees Are Always Freindly But Overdraft Fees Are Through The Roof And I Can No Longer Get Charges reversed With My Really Strange And Sad Stories, Seems I've Repeated A Few To Many Of Them.

This is a review of the bank, and is not necessarily about the quality of this branch where I have my account. My wife's credit card was recently lost, and a fraudulent charge appeared, which was promptly reported. It takes Chase a full week to deliver the replacement card, but they said they would take care of the fraudulent charge. Two weeks later, and the charge is still there, so I call again, and again, and again... a total of 4 times! I get the runaround between 2 departments, and they can't get their story straight. So they finally sent me to a third department, who quickly admitted it was a bank error and reversed the charge. This would never, ever happen with my American Express card. Previously, I tried to get a car loan from Chase. I figured that with my Private Banking status, and a FICO score in the 800s, they would at least have some competitive rates. Nope. A full point higher than another local lender, and they seemed so disinterested. So they lost my business to a competitor. Perhaps that should not have come as a surprise, because they had previously struck out trying to refinance my existing mortgage with them. With my perfect payment record and FICO score, I expected a competitive offer. Instead, they quote me a very average rate, but after they tacked on all of the exorbitant bank fees, I stood to save very little over the remaining life of the loan! So now I'm tripling my monthly loan payment amount to deprive them of the interest they would otherwise earn, and hasten an early end to my lending relationship with Chase. It's too bad that Washington Mutual was acquired by Chase, as I was perfectly happy with that relationship. Would anyone care to refer me to a bank that is competent, hungry for business, and understands customer service?

Today I visited Chase bank to ask Leo the Branch Manager a few questions regarding my Chase Private Client bank account. Leo answered all my questions and gave me great customer service. Truth be told this branch has be giving me great customer service for 10 years!! Leo is awesome and is the reason I'm a Chase customer for life!!

Highly recommend this branch to anyone who's thinking about banking at Chase. The staff here is incredibly friendly and nice. Most recently John helped me resolve some issues with my business account. He went way above and beyond the call of duty by calling different Chase branches to figure out the problem with my account and giving me multiple update calls. Honestly I was surprised he followed up and actually got everything resolved for me! To have John put in this much effort to help me (someone who never visits branches in person and exclusively does mobile banking) speaks volumes about his customer service. Besides John, I've also worked with Charles in the past (several years ago) and really enjoyed working with him too. My mom's also worked with another person, and raved about him. Honestly you can't go wrong with anyone at this branch!

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

This review is for Kathleen Dinh. Kathleen has done both of my refinance on my house. She is so helpful and does all she can to get you all the discounts she can on closing costs. She keeps in touch with me over the years and let's me know if the interest rates are good to get refinanced. She just got us a good rate on a 15 year loan. I highly recommend her for your mortgage needs.

Great staff with experienced bankers. Leo runs the branch like a well polished shoe. Its day & night coming in to this branch vs others. Big perk about this branch is the teller staffing. More teller stations opened than anywhere in HB.

Came in around 3PM and needed assistance from a personal banker. I was helped by Steven Bui, and without going into the details of my personal finances, I'd just like to take a moment to publicly praise his services. He was quick, efficient, helpful, and courteous. Big banks get a bad rap (and probably for justifiable reasons) but when it comes to costumer service it's experiences like these that reaffirm my choice to bank with Chase. Thanks Steven!

Clearly the best bank around. Leonard runs the bank professionally and with that small town feel. Hardly ever a wait, tellers more that happy to help with anything and do so with a smile. Special rates and fees waived for active duty and military veterans. It's an odd thing to say about a bank, but it is a pleasant place to do business with.
