Best rental car experience in a long time. They actually really clean their vehicles. Small office but big hearts and great customer service. Sergio is incredible on customer service. Thanks for restoring my faith that you can still have people who care about their service to customers!!!

Awful customer service. Gave all of our info necessary prior to rental, prepaid for the car a month in advance, checked in digitally online, and they still want my social security number to rent the car when I get there. Two men I have never met standing there asking for me to give my social security number out loud, and arguing with me about it like I'm a little child. Like I was born yesterday. Avoid these people at all costs. It will only be a headache and poor service and harsh your beach vibes for the day. Check out the rest of the reviews if you do use them so you know what you need to be on top of so they don't screw you over. This is a privately owned Budget/Avis, not a part of the actual corporation. Be aware.

The customer service at this place is terrible.Picked up my rental on 06/07 at 9am. The manager or shift manager was very rude. Next time I will rent at SNA.

Please don't go here. They'll be investigated for fraudulent claims for folks who rent their cars. Example: Avis charged a cancer patient undergoing chemo therapy for smoking in the car. Needless to say that person doesn't smoke.

I rent thru Avis everyday. I am frustrated and irate how long it takes for you to release hold off my credit card. What gives you the right to hold up my access to available credit thru my financial institution for 10 days and then 7 days for a charge to be finalized. This is how you lose customers, especially EVERYDAY CUSTOMERS!!!

I had the worst car rental experience with Avis today. I had to speak to 3 different agents, the last one being the second supervisor named Jack B (employee ID 91091) who lied about the process involved with the refund of my reservation which the website incorrectly set my drop off location. They did not try to help me at all, and each agent said something different when sharing the checkout process. I don't trust this company.

I called first, he told me what was available at that location and it was quick and easy and the rental was a nice, clean vehicle. I even had to rerent the same vehicle shortly after returning it. That process was even easier and he made sure I went through USAA to get my military discount. Great overall experience.

The rental experience went smoothly, the same couple I rented from I returned to. They were very nice.I really wanted to keep the Hyundai Santa Fe it was nice.Use Costco.com to rent and save money.
