I ran over a tire coming into town and Rick helped fix it and did not charge me. He was fast and very reliable and will never upcharge anyone. 100% recommend anyone that needs help with auto repair, tire change, or oil change.

Rick and his team are good people. Got my Ranger riding nice and smooth even after I bought the wrong parts off rockauto(lol do your homework). Constant communication throughout the repair and never felt like I was in bad hands. Gave me a heads up on some other items I should look into getting fixed and well be coming back to have those done.

I have a 2013 Prius and ARE installed a cat converter security cover for me in no time. They thought the rivets that came with the kit should be replaced with heavier duty screws. They were prompt and the price was fair. Rick is a former Toyota Certified Master Technician. I highly recommend ARE.

I love starting up my car after it's been in the care of auto express imy car rolls so smooth leaving and everything is tight I love driving away feeling safe and positive the job is done right..its done fast and I swear my mechanic is the best in the biz they really know there stuff personal experience is everything.if I was you I'd take it to the best! 2 stars only for the benefit of the doubt. But my front brakes, which had just been done less than 1000 miles ago, started squealing right after getting my van back from having the rear brakes done. Thought I had found a good shop that doesn't take advantage of women, but this is hella sus. Plus I've been told they overcharged me. So I'm not going back. I'm so tired of people f**king me over.

I was a novice at Car maintenance & operations for the most part prior to my visit to Auto Repair Express. I had purchased a car battery from a different business(let's call this place BOSTCO) earlier in the day, but wasn't informed until AFTER that the business did not provide installation service for car batteries. What gives?Try carrying a 80+ lbs. car battery 60ft. across a parking lot in 83 degree weather...without any available cart. Mega Lame.After numerous phone calls to various shops seeking assistance while in my hot, sitcky, and barely alive car, I came across Auto Repair Express with a hopeful conversation over the phone about getting my situation straightened out. I managed to pull up to ARE's repair garage, and was helped immediately! A very informative and hospitable staff that provided elite and efficient service in no time flat. During the brief wait I was given a 101 lesson on some much needed car tips on what to look out for, etc.Got schooled for sure!! I am eternally grateful as a new client, and will continue to get any future repairs done with these guys. Ask for Rick!
