TOLA pick: Pick up a Cru Beaujolais 2010 Potel-Aviron Côte de Brouilly "Vieilles Vignes" Cru Beaujolais ($17.99) which sees more complexity and structure from the Gamay grape. The wine's acidity and hints of violets, cherries and smoke pair superbly well with fatty holiday foods.
