So grateful to have found my car at Greenwood Ford and so happy to have worked with Don to make it all happen! The whole process was smooth and enjoyable and the crew put me at ease amidst all of the stress and fears that come up when buying a new car. This place has a mom-and-pop energy that makes them easy to trust. I am so happy and we love our new car!

I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They provided me with a ride back home and picked me up once my car was ready. This dealership is the best I've ever visited!

I was in a pinch and my car needed to be towed to LA, but the fancy carbon fiber I put on the front bumper made it impossible to get onto a tow dolly. So I went over to Greenwood Ford and asked if they could give me a hand to remove my bumper. To my amazement, Dominic said they would gladly help me! Now friends, I have a Hyundai and was worried they wouldn't want to touch my car with a 10 ft dip stick so I thought maybe they misheard me. I say to Dominic again are you sure? I say "It's only a 2.0 L 4 banger and not a 5.2 L supercharged V8, are you sure?" He said it was fine. In astonishment I asked again, "are you sure because while it is turbocharged it isn't a 6.7 L Cummins turbo diesel capable of producing 1000 ft-lb of torque, are you sure?" Again to my surprise, they said it was fine! Jokes aside, Dominic and his crew were very helpful and got me through a difficult situation.

They wouldn't even service me and I'm only a few minutes up the road in the hills. Told me I have to find someone closer. They are the closest! And were my last option! Definitely lazy work ethic.

This place is a joke.Literally advertise 24/7 emergency and when called at 10:30 PM for an emergency, their answer is “we’re gonna pass on the tow” after taking all my information and having me wait on the line. The women on the phone was rude as well.10/10 would NOT recommend.

I've taken in my vehicle to get serviced multiple times the past few years and absolutely no problems with the technicians, they have been great and thorough with their work. Work has been done in a timely manner and any discoveries made during a simple tune up are explained and notified of promptly. I even went in many years prior to look at a vehicle and the salesman was very prompt and stayed in touch throughout my process of looking for a vehicle. However I've had many unpleasant experiences with the receptionist at the service area. The older aged woman at the desk has always been impolite and absolutely no sense of customer service. Today's experience I was greeted by the service tech I met with while dropping my car and he promoted me to wait for her while she returns. I have absolutely no issue waiting, it's understandable, however when she returns she sits there and completely ignores me until one of the techs across tells her that I'm waiting for her. She just stares at me with no greeting at all until I finally mention what I'm there for. Then proceeds to very rudely finish the transaction. This has been one of multiple instances I've encountered with this woman in particular and it's very unpleasant as I am simply here to pay for my services. Not to mention the time she attempted to argue with me about a warranty she had no understanding of so I asked to helped by someone else and she rolled her eyes when I asked. I'm not expecting vip service but some common courtesy/ manners can go a very long way. It's convenient for me to drop my vehicle off to get serviced while I live in town but at this point the experiences have been a deterrent into me coming back and dreading this unpleasant experience each time.

In mid-2020, I leased a 2020 Ford Fusion energi plug-in hybrid. A week later, it was totaled on the freeway. They got me a replacement in two days and took care of everything, including bringing the new car to me in Carmel. I've loved the Fusion and when I decided to buy a Mustang Mach-e, I knew the only dealer I would work with was Greenwood Ford. Don Huse is terrific as is the entire team.Because of supply chain issues, my new car, ordered in March didn't arrive until early October, but Don kept me informed at every step and when I picked it up, he walked me through all of the bells and whistles.I love the vehicle and can't say enough good things about Greenwood Ford. A great company to deal with and a place you get a fair and honest deal.

I had a very positive experience with Jake (sales rep) and Ray (Sale Manager) on 7/27/22 and would like to give a shout out and kudos to both of them and Greenwood Ford for their outstanding customer service, extra effort, and integrity. I live far away and wanted a truck they had listed online. I had to not only negotiate the sale with them but then fly into SFO (from out of state) and Uber all the way to Hollister to finalIze the sale process, pick up the truck, and drive it home.My experience from the moment I interacted with Jake over the phone was outstanding. Jake was courteous, prompt, honest, and professional. He helped negotiate a fair market price, work through the logistics of how to get the deal done over the phone and email, got the truck all beautifully detailed and filled with fuel, and had it sitting all ready for me to pick up when I arrived early the following morning from SFO. He and Ray were also friendly and genuinely great to work with and very sensitive to my circumstances. They made an extra effort to help get the transaction readied and closed in only a couple hours after I arrived in spite of being very understaffed due to COVID and other circumstances that day. I had a very long drive back home and they helped me get on my way promptly. I found the exact truck I wanted, negotiated and closed the deal remotely, flew and Ubered down to get it, and was back home with my new truck in less than 24 hours. This was, for me, the most positive vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I rarely give 5 stars but I highly recommend these two individuals as well as Greenwood Ford!

Being disappointed from my drive to Seaside to purchase a truck for their shady ways. I stopped at Greenwood Ford and met a young man named Kyle who had been there 2 days. He gave me an education on trucks and helped me identify my needs. He went beyond what was necessary to help me and although I could not purchase a vehicle there mostly because they didn't have one that I needed, he continued to text me trying to help me out. I sent him a thank you card for going beyond what was necessary to help us out. I would purchase a vehicle from that guy and recommend to those wanting and honest person to help them out.

I called AAA for a tow to my home 91 miles away as my Jeep Cherokee was having overheating issues. Within a hour of my call to AAA on my cell phone requesting a tow home, Jose from Greenwood Towing of Hollister, CA arrived. Jose was professional, friendly, courteous and I feel he went above normal towing customer service as he located me and my vehicle even after having no success reaching me by my cell phone. I was having phone service problems which I was unaware of. I was also not parked where I told AAA I was parked at. I found shade kind of behind a building in a parking lot I told AAA I was at, it was a hot day and I was still trying to fix my vehicle myself as AAA said towing services can't take more then 2 passengers most of the time and unsure if the towing service that would arrive would have room for 2 adults and a child and a small friendly dog. Also towing companies can take a long time to arrive sometimes.Jose tried to find me in the parking lot, but I wasn't where I should've been as I didn't expect him to arrive so quickly. So then Jose parked and got out of his truck and walked up to me (about 500ft) and saw me working on my Jeep Cherokee. Got out of his vehicle to walk up to me, he didn't give up looking for me!Jose asked if I was the one requesting a tow, he mentioned he tried to call me to no avail. (I believed him, then saw proof as he tried to call my phone with me right there to no avail.) That's when I became aware I had no phone service (Verizon, dunno why no service as I called AAA to request a tow a lil while earlier.) I said yes I need a tow, I asked can me and my family all fit in your truck, Jose said yes and my family got into his truck and he put my Jeep securely on his flatbed, and away we went safely on our journey home. I really didn't know what I was going to do if only 2 of us could get a ride home. Yes I have a vehicle at home I could have returned within a few hours, but I'd rather try and fix the Jeep myself if I couldn't fit my family in the tow truck. Also if Jose didn't come looking for me I would've never known the tow company was at parking lot looking for me, I would've still been working on my truck not aware the towing company had arrived and left.It's rare these days for a towing company to actually look for and locate a customer when they are not where they should be whatever the reason may be, that showed me Greenwood Towing and there employee Jose truly does care about the customer. Good customer service is getting harder to find, with some tow company's if you and vehicle aren't in the correct location and if they can't reach you, well then you missed your tow home. So I had to write this review and say thank you to Greenwood Towing as me and my family are home safe thanks to your employee Jose.I would def recommend Greenwood Towing for any professional towing needs. My wrecked his car and the first day when my daughter called they said it only had a flat tire . I was busy taking care of my dad then when I called the man said it wasn't worth it to get it out $110. A day this man just wants my dad's car 24000 miles . Not wright
