Mike Rick Susie and team have done completely right by me since I moved back to Hollister and started bringing my car there. They are very upfront, honest, and do a good job explaining things before, during, and after. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They've done everything for me from standard maintenance to a few tricky engine codes, and those were diagnosed spot on and fixed.Services: Transmission

I took my 2022 Honda in for a routine oil change and inspection because I was heading out on a road trip the next day. The owner stated everything looked great and I should have no problems on my trip. About 30 miles into my journey, my splash shield began vibrating under my car. One of the main screws holding it in place was missing and the shield was beginning to come off. We did some makeshift repairs on the road to keep the splash shield on my car (thank you heavy duty duct tape). However, it looks like I will need to replace the splash shield. My tire air pressure was also low enough that I had to make another unnecessary stop to fix it in my trip. Had I never got my oil changed here, I wouldn't have had any car problems on my trip. However, I ended up spending a lot of time and money on makeshift repairs that could have been avoided if the splash shield was properly secured after my oil change. I understand mistakes happen, and I am open to changing my review if the owner contacts me offering to replace the splash shield.

I took my 2018 car in for a routine oil change and a tire rotation before driving to my hometown the next day. The guy who looked at my car told me that my serpentine belt had "huge cracks" in it and "might not make it home." The shop owner took a peak and said it looked dusty to him and let me leave anyways. They told me to come back the next day and wanted over $200 to change the belt. I called my car mechanic in my hometown and he told me he'd take a look at it and fix it. When my guy looked at it, he literally laughed at the tiny cracks in the belt. Don't go here if you're a young woman because they will try to rip you off.

Best shop in town! They really know their cars! The owner is a master technician and has been in the car industry for decades. Great experience are cars are well maintained by them!

I took my car to G&M based upon recommendations from "Next Door" app. These guys were great. Not only did they fix my a/c issue, but they also gave me good advice on a different issue with my car...but at no time did they try to sell me something I didn't need. I am very happy with their service and plan on going back when/if I need to.
