BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've gone on 3 different occasions and nobody was there. The doors locked but the sign says they're open. Called their Watsonville location to see what the actual hours truly are. The lady who picked up the line didn't speak any english or attempt to, and passed the phone to a gal who told me to, "text this number". Almost feels like they don't want business. It's rare that the Hollister locations doors are open. Long story short I ended up going to the furniture store down the the street -Furniture Discount- the man was very attentive and eager to help. Answered all my questions and was even able to work within my budget. He even offered a solution to my wants not meeting my budget. Needless to say I should have my new living room set in 2 weeks.

This place is a joke they sold me a sectional sofa set that took like 2 and a half months to get and with in a month the sofa cushions started to get deformed and wouldn't fluff back out

This place had great customer service. Carlos was super nice and helpful. The furniture came in earlier than expected, but I wasn't going to be available to set it up in my home until that Saturday (4 days later). They graciously held my furniture until I was ready. I will definitely be back to buy based on the quality of their merchandise AND their customer service.

Huge selection of fabrics! Came here to get tapesrty for my sister's siren cove theme room. Found it! Cashier was friendly, although took a while to find someone to help us cut the fabric.

Very pleased with our sofas, I always prefer to shop with our local businesses and I was glad that I could order through them, I just show a picture of the sofas that I wanted and they got them exactly how I ask for them. I will highly recommend this place, good prices and you save gas and time going out of town, and you help our local businesses!

This place has the LOWEST PRICES & BEST SERVICE I've ever experienced from a small business furniture store. Their prices are unbeatable! They deliver and have no interest financing up to 5 years even if you have bad credit. They also have 2 businesses in Watsonville, they gave me their card.
