I bought a shift knob for my truck here through Ebay. After it's arrival I simply found the quality to be lacking. It wouldn't stay put, the decals didn't line up as you had to constantly readjust via tightening. So I returned it, not a huge deal, the product simply wasn't for me because of what I felt was poor quality. A few days later I get a call from the company - they insulted my intelligence by telling me, "We sell tons of these with no issues you must be doing something wrong," and wanted to charge me a restocking fee. They tried to play the victim - telling me how hard it would be to sell again. Laughable! First, I am the customer, if I don't like it, that's my decision. Second, I'm sure these are cheaply made products sold at a marked up rate. Don't EVER feel sorry for them! They're doing fine. So I was pissed but said, whatever, charge me a restocking fee. Then, just to check, I called Ebay and told them the situation. Ebay representatives said that the seller shouldn't ever charge a restocking fee and it was AGAINST EBAY SELLER RULES. So I called the company the next day and told them I wanted my full refund, no BS. They gave me a full refund the next day. So, unless you call them on it, they are happy to break Ebay seller rules and try to get money out of you on a return. Total scumbag company.
