Dennis worked so fast on my car I barely new it was gone, so happy and pleased with his prices and work. He even washed my car inside and out! 5 star rating!! Highly recommend this Auto Body Shop.

I got estimates at 3 different body shops and Dennis's estimate was by far the most reasonable. I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance so that was a lifesaver. The other 2 estimates were $1500 and $1900. His was $750 and that was with special 3 step paint for the bumper. 3 days and it was done! They even went above and beyond by removing red paint from a scuff that was on the car from years ago. For FREE! Thank you so much Dennis for the great deal and excellent service!

Would give no stars if possible , some of the worst service in town been waiting for weeks for my paint correction and they had originally told me it would be a ready on a specific day and a day before that day they called saying they had a problem and i had to wait a couple days . At first didn't have problem but it's become an issue because they've done this 5 times now and I've been waititn weeks over the expected date they gave me. Do not recommend what so ever some of the worst customer service , everytime i call they are rude beyond explaining something I've never experienced at a business before . Worst service needs to be shut down

My Geico insurance adjuster steered me into getting my car repaired in Monterey at a well-known body shop, it even had a water fountain in the lobby. After 3 Tries Way too much orange peel, put the wrong color stripe on my 2019 purple Dodge Challenge,,,these people in Monterey said my car would be done in five days,,my car was in Monterey over a month,, and came out worse then when it went into the Body shop in Monterey... I finally had enough and I took my car to Dennis's body shop. The work that Dennis and his son did is incredible, if you have a car wreck anywhere in the Monterey Bay Area,, ((( Dennis is the right shop ...))))U have my word, he is the best,, top of the line work,, my Geico insurance adjuster tried to tell me the shop in Monterey did better work than Denises. My Geico adjuster Was 100% wrong and still has egg on his face from talking out of his you know what. Even the owner of the body shop in Monterey could not defend his body shop work, after they had my car for a month they had my car so long my insurance rental lease ended... Over a scrape on the back quarter panel.

I'm a mild-mannered guy. I like cars and deal with all levels of quality. I don't mind paying for services, however the job at least has to be complete. I took my car to 'Dennis Autobody' and had Dennis media blast my frame and wheel wells. The outside had already been done. He did the work and called me at 7:15 in the morning to tell me it was done- passive aggressive? When I got there, he wanted me to pay before I looked at his work, which is unusual. Most of the job was complete except for 4-5 areas totaling about the size of a large pizza- not a big deal I thought. When I asked Dennis if he could touch up those areas he told me he would give me the paint and I could do it. I told him that I would rather him do it as that's what I was doing there in the first place. He wigged out and became verbally abusive ("you b@#ch like a little girl", "you're a special guy, I have to treat you special"). Is it common sense to attack your customers? Wouldn't it have been easier to just complete the work? I almost laughed at him, it was so ridiculous. He finally agreed to complete the work, then when I returned, there were still 2 areas he missed. When I asked him about it he said, ' Well you're going to sand the primer anyways so why does it matter?' Wow genius. I paid him because I just wanted to get my car away from this guy. I can touch up those areas with a rattle can, but when I took a closer look some of my panels were now warped. It's those warped panels that are going to take some time to fix. I would have saved more money if I just threw away the money I gave Dennis and went to another shop. Poor quality work, unstable customer service and wig-outs.

Fixed my front end after a little fender bender. Work was completed sooner than originally quoted and my car looks brand new. They even washed it! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at this body shop. Will was very friendly, reasonable and they fixed my car for less than half of what the other shops wanted for the same work. They also gave me some touch up pain to take with me. I will definitely be back.
