Cashiers are always tired and complaining about their jobs here . There's one or two who like to talk a lot .
They always charge you wrong (higher) so make sure you see your receipt before leaving the store . I shop here only when I need something quick because it's by my house . But wouldn't come unless it was an emergency.

I am a customer 5 times a week and Veronica has always treated me well. I don't know what happened today. I just told the cashier that I was giving her $3 so she could return $5 because they didn't have any dollars and the cashier ignored me and Veronica arrived. and I told her and she told me I'm busy and I don't know what happened and she left and I have never been rude to her and she knows who I am, I understand her attitude from the cashier, but from Veronica it seemed strange to me and of course I am going to return but I will never have a friendly conversation with anyone, because apparently they are not always in a good mood and I am a spy client and I am not to blame for their emotional problems

Veronica (service manager) if your having a bad day dont take it on the customers. Aren’t you supposed to do better being a “service manager” you tried charging me more for items you COUNTED wrong then give me attitude & argue with me instead of taking accountability & apologizing. Then you try to act smart & ruin my amazing day. Do better. Get better employees. Or managers. Disgusting.
Also fyi if you read the reviews they are all good until you run into veronica. If she was working for any of my franchise’s she would be getting striked.

My experience with this store was good until I went to check out. I was needing help to find a coupon on the App and the cashier Veronica was rude and poor customer service . I feel like there should be some kind of training in customer service with her. I will not be returning to this store I’ll continue to shop at the Smart and Final near my house on Arlington in Riverside with good customer service and always willing to help there customers.

My wife and I have shopped a few times here but this time was THE best! As we entered the store we were greeted with, welcome and smiling faces. We gathered our items and headed to check out. Veronica was absolutely AMAZING! Her customer service was the best I had seen in a while. 11/10 We had good conversation and found out she has purchased vehicles from where I work now. She showed us how to sign up to become a member and we saved 15% on our entire checkout! Her customer service and professionalism has earned this store a loyal shopper.

Shelves will filled with many items not found in a regular supermarket. Clean and well staffed. Large produce and fruit sections. Fast checkout and plenty of parking.

I have been frequently shopping here since the beginning of this year & have noticed a slow decline in quality. First, a lot of their fruits are not pulled off the produce section on time. Whenever I pick up some strawberries I have to stand around for like 5 minutes finding good ones as some are already rotting. I recently bought a watermelon & discovered it was spoiled after cutting it open. Secondly, there’s usually a lot of other missing, spoiled, or understocked items such as meats or dairy products. Lastly, there’s usually long lines at checkouts as there are never enough cashiers on shift or are just super slow & moody.
Here is a pic of some probiotics drinks I BARELY bought 3 days ago over the weekend on Sunday (Dec. 17th). I did not check the date while at the store, since I assumed they were good, until I consumed one yesterday & noticed a weird taste. As of today (Dec. 20th), these expired ALMOST 2 weeks ago (Dec. 9th) like someone is clearly not doing their job well or just does not care! Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt for if I did, I would have asked for a refund or exchange. I might give this store one more chance but if I still deal with these types of problems, I will NO longer shop here. That would suck as it is the closest grocery store near me. Unbelievable.
