Luis, the pharmacy technician was extremely rude. After so many requests and waiting for over 2 hours, we are still in line waiting while he is taking his time with others that just came in. Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude given that we explained him that we were traveling and had 4 young kids sitting in the car.

I've been calling JUST to get a prescription status for nearly an hour. I've been left on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on TWICE. Several times they picked up and put me back on hold without saying anything. Awful customer service, fire them all.

Need to have a line control. People walk right past granny and pharmacy just accepts it. Just take the express pickup sign down.

Worst pharmacy they do not check their system for prescriptions and cancel right away if they do not have anything instead of calling the person to get it fixed

I liked this place when I moved here earlier this summer but every encounter with the pharmacy staff I have had since has changed my mind. I have had nothing but problems. Every single Rx has created a calamity that the "pharmacy techs".I was with RiteAid for 5+ years and only a couple of issues, which they initiated resolution immediately, so I am changing back.I understand why their rating is so low.

If I could Zero stars I would seriously over 46min min on hold for the pharmacy and each time they would pick up not even a hold or a you have these many calls ahead of you can you please hold just kept putting me on hold. They should hire someone individually so they can just pick up phone calls regarding RX Since apparently there so busy it never fails always takes this long to pick up phone and in person. I even spoke with Jaydin in the front desk laughing and said good luck after I called for the 3rd time to get a hold of the pharmacy Very poor customer service Seriously!!!!

The pharmacy is very rude the wait is ridiculous for medication when your there and when they answer phones when they do they are very unprofessional and rude and disrespectful...they had me on hold for 35 mins and when I got there there was no line nobody there and I still waited 45 mins for what...freakin pathetic THEY NEED BETTER SERVICE SKILLS...THEY ALL NEED TO BE REPLACED and the drive thru service was just HORRIBLE EVEN WORSE UGH WAS IN LIKE FOR 1 hour 35 mins ...pathetic

Customer service is incredibly poor. The manager that works the night shift is incredibly rude and Lied straight to my face multiple times change true story about the system being down when I tried to make a return.She has absolutely no people skills or integrity towards customers. She gave me dirty looks from the moment I walked in and totally gave me an attitude for no reason.

I needed some two sided tape a 5:00am they were open. They saved me, yay. I now know where to go if it is in the middle of the night and I need something that can not wait.
