This Walgreens (pharmacy) will have you waiting for the longest even if you're THE ONLY PERSON THERE! I was inside trying to get my medicine and I was the only one waiting and there wasn't any cars in drive through at that moment either ?? Why they take so long who knows but they should have a timer so they can see themselves how long they have their customers waiting !!

Whats up with the walgreens sign trying to get kids vaccinated and free covid shots if you don't have money to afford it?Covid is still a thing???This definitely makes me not want to stop and shop here

This is the SLOWEST pharmacy ever!!! Drive thru takes an hour on their fastest day, waiting inside isn't any better.

I had a 2:00 appointment t get a booster shot for Covid, only to find out they closed until 2:15. Now waited until 2:45 until they call for the shot. Why make the appointment and make us wait for 45 minutes crazy

This is for the pharmacy. The manager we talked to about the situation was super sweet and apologetic. We went to the window to get our meds. He said gives us a couple minutes to get it together. So we were standing right infront of the pharmacy but in the aisle and they closed down completely for lunch after we had been waiting about 15 minutes. So now we have to come back in 45 minutes because they decided to close on waiting customers.

Horrible service, they second guess the drs orders and drag the process out longer. I'm trying to get my meds to Kickstart my miscarriage and you've made this experience worse than it needs to be. Ive been trying to get them since they opened today and it's currently 3:22. I've been hung up on 2 times without any one talking to me.

The service was so bad I wanted to give it a 0 but that's not possible so I give you a 1 !! -Tyra This on going issue NEEDS to be ADDRESSED The pharmacy employees are beyond rude, more specifically who ever (female voice that picked up the call just to put me on hold again with not even giving me a chance to speak) none the less I waited patiently for another 14 minutes only for someone there to pick up the phone (not saying anything ) & hang up on me after I waited for about 28 minutes for nothing Mangers if you care about the reputation of the store this incident occurred on 1.12.22 around 11:50am-12:00 pm the staff scheduled on that day & time should be spoken to this kind of service is not appropriate for a pharmacy representing Walgreens

I have put up with this place for YEARS because we have so many prescriptions and I'm familiar with it. However today was the last straw! After receiving two calls saying I had prescriptions ready I went to the drive thru (after getting a soda at Wendy's) there were already 4 cars ahead of me. But knowing that they did civic testing at the drive thru ( which I appreciate) I waited patiently for 45 minutes. When I got to the window I told the girl I wanted to pick up my prescriptions. She said ok I have something for you. All good ... Right??? When she came back she said "I'm sorry but my pharmacist is on lunch break and I'm not able to give you the prescription." Needless to say I was very upset and no matter what I said she would not give me the prescription I've been picking up every 90 days for the last 30 years! I asked when the pharmacist would be back and she said "about 30 minutes" . I could take NO MORE and left! My husband said I should have told her "No problem .. I'll just wait here until she gets back" .. I'll keep that in mind. But actually I'm seriously going to investigate RiteAde.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. 45 min because the sales person didn't know his job. Finally my turn and he has the same problems with me. I asked if something is wrong and he mumbled he didn't know. I asked him to get help and she was done in 5 min. "Salvatore go back to school."
