Cesar was very helpful the minute we walked in, he gave us the best and fast customer service. We were in a rush to go to work too and saved us time. I would definitely will continue buying from this store because of him. Customer service means EVERYTHING and I don't mind driving the extra mile just for that.

Not only does this specific location practice poor customer service, they also practice discrimination in their hiring process. I am an experienced 8 year veteran with a reputable background in sales who previously worked for an indirect channel of Verizon Wireless. I went through the interview process, in which the manager name dropped a specific individual who I am confident defamed my character to her. In recent events it has came to light Dulce hired a terminated employee due to time card fraud from the same indirect channel. A slap in the face to ethical and morally correct employees. I pray no other valuable candidate be treated unfairly in their hiring process and I hope this sends a message on their screening process. They won’t call a previous employer to verify if you’re a good fit but they certainly will hire a liar on the spot without verification. I do not recommend starting up service here there are about 9-10 other surrounding Verizon locations with ethical practices and willing customer service.

Worked with Antonio on Saturday getting a new phone for my wife and I. Honestly wasn’t my greatest experience at a store. Never have a been ignored when asked questions like I did when I went in. I use to work for Verizon so I know what’s the proper way to act and he just wasn’t it. I really hope the manager sees this because being rude and not being helpful I should have walked out instead of getting the phones

NEVER EVER!! Go to this Store! They will mislead you and charge you undisclosed fees. Completely disgusting service. If you have a problem they will not serve you because they are not making a commission. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE!

I give this Verizon store 5 stars because this store deserves 10 stars. The exeptional customer service and care, the quality of employee knowledge is exactly how a company should run. I needed to replace my outdated Galaxy with a new one, I was given options on how to swap data from my old phone to the new one, no sales pressure, just good old awesome customer service! (For context, I have worked retail counters and phones for 37 years, customer service makes or breaks a store, a long lost art sadly) Will be taking all future buisness there. Great Place!

Horrible experience, very rude people. Were more interested in playing on there phone and sharing jokes then helping people, there's 20 people online and there just sitting around. Walked over to AT&T and had a fantastic experience!

Verizon has really become a joke! There service is terrible, always having sim card issues. Always losing network connection, so you cant make calls or incoming calls. And costumer service is noooo help! There tech support team cant trouble shoot nothing. All they want to do is send you another refurbished phone, when you payed for a new one. The the refurbished phones are even worst. Do not go with Verizon, there the most expensive and got the worst set up!!!

Terrible customer service. Rude reps. Been with Verizon 30 years 20 on this contract and they made me want to return my phone and go somewhere else. Why am I paying for a new phone being forced to change my plan, pay activation fees and taxes and then they want to charge me to transfer my data and apps...SAD REALLY SAD

We WERE dealing with Verizon @ Hesperia rd/Bear Valley. Upgrade, new phone.& NO SERVICE for 2 days . Was told " Sorry, can't help ya, just have to wait it out" This is unexceptable. Went to Verizon/Hesperia ask for help with Rose. And in less than 20 min. She had our phone activated & working. Thank You so much Rose. So professional, nice & knowledgeable. Thanks again Rose. ? you're the Best!!M. Mendez

Wait times are a joke. Was put down with no one in the store, on the waitlist. Then 2 customers came in after and got helped right away. One of the workers was walking around and helping others but I felt avoided. As I was about to just keep waiting, I look over at the counter to see another customer came in and was being helped plus the only lady working there was slouched on the counter just scrolling through her phone. Of course, upset after already waiting half an hour, I decided to go to the store on bear valley and got helped right away with switching my 5 lines.
