I love the supplies available but am I the only one who feels like we can't run in and grab what we need without getting stopped as we come in for the employees to tell us what is on sale. And sometimes they go on and on. Like I want to run in grab my box of dye and pay. Should take a minute to do but because I'm stopped at the door, even when I say "I'm just grabbing my hair dye" they still need to tell me everything that's on sale. I feel bad but this happens tome EVERYTIME I rush in to grab what I need. I don't want to be rude and ignore them but sometimes it's unnecessary. Store is clean and the staff are nice but maybe change the approach.

The manager lied about the return policy so that I couldn’t return my item. Afterwards I read the full Sally Beauty return policy and verified with another Sally location that my item was returnable. Boost your sales with good customer service instead of lying about the policy!

Great service! They helped find a curl lotion since they didn't have the one I was looking for they recommended one the the clerk with curly hair used.

If you wanna be watched as you shop, go here. They were trying to play it off but coming from behind the register to see what I’m doing in the last aisle is just obvious that you think I’m stealing… smh there was 3 other people in the store… but you watch me why????

the manager always gives bad advice. or is that just me? the girls they hire never help. or is that just me?you're not nice. I've shopped at this location for years and you've never helped me.manager who gives really bad advice, accused me of stealing when I wanted to exchange hair color I bought on website. I had the receipt. then they said they wouldn't do the exchange. even though I just got the color. but I was emailed by corporate and they told me to make sure they did the exchange.

Even in the time of Covid19, the customer service is impeccable here. They offer curbside pickup, but shopping in store is a delight even (or especially) when practicing social distancing. The manager is so knowledgeable and awesome, the staff are polite and well-trained whether you're a novice beauty-guru or a pro. My favorite Sally's location by far.
