Avoid ThunderBird Glass at all costs. I ordered windows and doors from them mid 2022 and still have not received my order. The owner is filled with excuses and promises and never delivers. When I asked for my deposit back, I got complete silence. This company is a fraud and unprofessional.
Failed deliveries, no response to calls or emails, and no regard for customer's time. Horrible customer service!!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money: look for a better glass company.

When their competitor in Hesperia quoted me $280 for a single pane window that needed replacing and told me that it wouldn't be done till the next day even though I was driving the window to them, Thunderbird told me to come in right away, had it done in about an hour and only charged me $86 with tax. Not to mention the gentleman at the front desk seems to be a really cool dude. I will take all my business to them moving forward.

I contacted them in reference to getting three large windows replaced. They came out measured everything and told me they will call me with the price. After a few weeks I contacted them left them a message and still have yet to hear from them after 2 months! Apparently they don't need the xtra work, try somewhere else!!!

do yourself a favor and find a different business to install your windows.Ordered my window three months and still no wondows....then one day they call me and tell me there in....made the appointment day of the appointment they were a no show...fed up with there excuses, and unprofessionalism.Waste of, time poor excuse for a window and glass co.

Been using this company for years, always a great job and quick service. Homes they work on are in Pinon Hills and Phelan. I have rentals and need quick service if there is anything broken. I always call them, and refer them to friends and family. Neighbors kid shot out window with bebe gun, needed replaced quick before winds knocked window into living room, called them, came out next day and replaced window.

Best price in town. Friendly and professional. Replaced and installed a window in a 44 year old hand made china cabinet in minutes. Awesome work!!

So glad I came here. We ordered glass for the window of our Travel trailer. It took only a few days and looked great. The price was very affordable too. Oh and did I mention how nice the owner was too. Very helpful and professional. All around great experience.

We went to this company during Nov 2019 and inquired about a sliding glass door and whether it would be installed before Thanksgiving, which was about 2 and 1/2 weeks away, we were told that it would be. We agreed to have the work done, we didn't shop around because we wanted to give a long established Hesperia business the work, that was a mistake. There were missed appointments, no return phone calls, and no updates on time frames, etc. Then we were notified that it wouldn't be done by Thanksgiving. When they finally did show up, they did a sloppy job, since this was a retrofit, part of the old aluminum framing was exposed and was covered up with a sloppily applied bead of silicon. I had to install casing around the door to make it look nice and professional and I'm not the professional. I will NEVER use Thunderbird Glass again.

Called mid morning to replace a single pane of glass for a sliding glass door, dispatcher said they would work their schedule to get me in same day. By mid afternoon it was fixed perfectly! Thank you so much for the fast service!
