I just want to give a big shout out to the tax preparer Tommy. She was absolutely 100%. No questions asked amazing on every level. She answered every single question that I had. Any questions that I couldn’t think of she even answered. She was highly highly professional And always had a smile on her face. I’ve never done a 1099 before and every question that I had or didn’t know about something she was right there to answer it and answered it in a manner where I was able to understand it perfectly. This was my first time ever going to Jackson Hewitt to file taxes . I could promise you I will be back next year to file at Jackson Hewitt again you have an employee on your hands that is amazing and that can do big things with the company She is highly professional and is very good at what she does.
