AMANDA is a life saver! She was very prompt at resolving my storage unit transfer of information issue and worked very diligent with coordinating information to the previous profile on the unit I took over. Amanda is very professional and knows how to process requests. She was able to quickly respond, resolve the matter and get important information sent sent out via email. I forgot to mention multitasking. Great work ethic and clear and coherent understanding of the process needed to make everyone involved day better. Thanks again Amanda!

I don't know what I'd do without these guys/ gals. They've worked with me When I really needed them to. They keep me up-to-date and always remind me when my payment is coming up. I Came in from out of state for a visit and stopped by my storage on A-day they just happened to be closed. My lock wasn't working so I couldn't get inside. Even though there wasn't anyone there at my stores location in Hesperia, they sent the Manager from the store down on Main st who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to fix the problem I was having, and it wasn't a simple task. And what topped it off, was that she was such a pleasure while doing so.

Amanda whom I consider a friend for sure due to her attentiveness and her desire to want to help and make sure the I was comfortable with my unit size and price which is very important to me. The two associates I worked with were AMAZING. Amanda was very friendly over the phone and was quickly able to answer all my questions regarding renting a storage space. Sergio at the front desk was very personable and made the process of paying for the space so quick and easy. Their prices are reasonable and the workers made the experience so much better! I will be recommending this location and look forward to storing my items here.

Amanda has assisted our family from the start of renting our space and helping us with all the packing supplies we needed for a worry free move of our furniture and personal items to storage. Her experience helped us in only purchasing supplies we needed for packing and not wasted money for things we didn’t need. I highly recommend this facility for storage and staff that care and maintain a clean environment for your items.

My RV was broken into twice during the five months I stored it there. The second time I discovered it myself. Just shows how much attention this particular place paid to insuring my belonging where intact. In addition the place was filthy with trash everywhere. I definitely don’t recommend the extra space storage on the west end of Hesperia California
