“Stopped by to get a charger for my cell phone. While I waited I thought about trading in my cellphone. Brian helped me explore my options. Not only did he help with my phone, he also helped me add on the extra benefits that I get with my plan (Netflix, Apple TV, etc.) He was very professional and knowledgeable of the different products. Me being so indecisive and not very tech savvy, he was VERY patient and kind!! I didn't feel rushed and even after spending all the time we did going over different specs for the different phones I didn't get any at the time! He was still very polite! I will definitely come back when I am ready for a new phone and hopefully Brian will be available to help me!!”

“The staff here has been extremely helpful to me, even when I wasn't an active customers. T-Mobile has some decent service deals if you are shopping around. This store is an actual T-Mobile owned branch, which is important. NEVER go to a franchise branch. They are not obligated to honor the same deals, including refunds and returns. I learned my lesson the hard way. The only downside to this particular T-Mobile store is there is almost always a wait, albeit a short one. Otherwise, this is the store to go to in the Victorville - Hesperia region.”

“This is the new one off of Ranchero & 7th! The location is so convenient! Staff is always welcoming and they have everything you need. My favorite thing about this place is all the extras they sell, which in turn supports small businesses, like Alien Jerky, a michelada dip company, etc. They even sell 7Eleven merch! That's tight! This is our go-to for snack runs!”
