Could not recommend this gym enough for anyone trying out CrossFit for the first time or the experienced lifter. The owner Matt really knows his stuff and is passionate about helping people meet their goals. Such a fun family community who push you harder to reach your goals.

One of the best CrossFit boxes I've attended and now a member. The coaching staff is wonderful and Tim the owner and coach is the reason why! Love the atmosphere here and everyone feels welcome, part of the CF team and that you can succeed and be a winner through each and every workout. Great coaching and attentiveness! Definitely recommend!

First off let me start by saying I would recommend the Foundations class to anyone who is trying crossfit. I am an active lifter and I workout 5 days a week and I still learned stuff in this class. Some of the little critiques will allow you to get more power into some of the movements. Tim, team, and other members are very welcoming and make you feel right at home from day one. The environment is very motivating and the workouts are challenging to say the least. I use to say "I would never do Crossfit", but went back on my word and tried it and I am glad I did. Love this place!!!!

This place is amazing! I'm so motivated to come in and work out and that is just what my life needed. All the coaches are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I'm just starting out, they always find a way for me to make my workout challenging yet doable. One of the best things is their youth class. My daughter (11 years old) wasn't to motivated to exercise before but now she can't wait to come in and challenge herself. She has become so much more aware of a healthy lifestyle and has the most fun doing it! She never wants to miss a day! Can't put a price on that! Thank you CrossFit n2o!

Started here with the endurance classes offered with Ramona in the afternoon/ evening (currently on summer break, but can't wait to get back to it) and my schedule changed so I progressed to regular CrossFit. LET ME JUST TELL YOU REAL QUICK, I was extremely surprised with not only how well endurance helped prepare me to do well in regular classes, but also helped improve my overall fitness levels. Don't sleep on endurance. Fr. I truly wasn't ever that interesting in joining CrossFit, but very glad I did. The coaches here are all so kind, patient & helpful, while always pushing you & keeping you accountable. It truly is a wonderful workout community here. Love that I was fortunate enough to come across this true gem in the hd.

If you are looking to get in shape, this is the place. My time availability is limited with life and work balance so spending time in a traditional global gym is a little to Time consuming for me. At N2O I am in and done in an hour (leave feeling like I worked out for 12 hours lol). The coaching staff is great, classes are challenging for any level and they assist with meal and diet plans. When I started I was around 29% body fat, with being consistent at workouts and eating as taught there I am current sitting at 16.8% body fat. Come in and check it out, I recommend N2O to anybody looking for a change and to feel better about themselves. Great group of people and all willing to help each other, no judging if you are worried about that. ;) Bring your kids and entire family as they have an awesome kids class also.

This is the best cross fit gym in the high desert. Like everyone I was scared to go, but once I did I realized there was nothing to be afraid of. Is it a tough workout Yes but if you stick to it it’s not as hard as you think. The most important part of Cross Fit N2O is the people, so welcoming, friendly, and motivating. I have met some great friends here. Starting with foundations Coach Tim was patient and motivating. If your looking for a cross fit gym you will love this one

I adore this place, the coaches and the members! There are all levels of fitness, a huge range of ages and always a welcome feeling. Do I recommend this place??? Highly! You've got to try it!
