Never ever take your car to this guys. They have bad customer service and they’re really bad mechanics. They charge you for stuff that is not even broken in your car and they give you the bad diagnostic on the vehicle.

less than a year ago I brought in a lot of parts to redo the front end on my Lincoln, they only installed a few of them, now I have to redo my who front end again cause they want to lie & steal! Then they didnt even know about the air bag switch under the dash (or acted ignorant about it) then told me my suspension light is on (cause of the air bag switch) and tried to get more money out of me for a job they did NOT do.... NEVER go to that company unless you want them to try to steal your money for a job that was NOT done.. I WILL be calling the California Bureau of Automotive Repair!

I took my car into get a wheel alignment and they charged me for the work and never adjusted the wheels.. so I will not be returning there after they charged me for nothing. They are Crooks

I am extremely disappointed. I went in to get a diagnostic. First of all they kept my car overnight did not even bother to give us a courtesy call to let us know. The next day I had to be the one to call them because they still did not reach out. They told me that two codes appeared that they fixed wiring on my a/c and that they put oil in my car because it did not have enough. They went ahead and did the job without asking me first. Then said they could not finish the job because they could not test drive the car because the tires were “bad”. Upon arrival to get my car they told me I needed a new thermostat , however they could not guarantee me that that was going to be the issue , that alone was $392. When I pulled out I noticed the screen to my stereo did not turn on. I went back to tell them and they told me “we did not touch that we don’t work with stereos you would have to go to a stereo shop” I told them that it worked when I dropped off the car … he said I would have to wait for his workers to come back to see if they can look into it. They charged me for oil and the car looked like it had old oil. They added coolant but it looked like it was water. They did not complete the diagnostic and still charged me… if they considered my tired “bad” why would they even work on my car knowing they would have to test drive it. They also cleared the codes on my car, which I have no idea why any professional auto tech would do if the issue wasn’t fixed.
