Dropped off paint for a match, guy told me they were “busy” so I said no problem, I’ll come back in a few hours and I left my paint there. He said it would be ready. Came back 3 hours later, they didn’t make it and said I needed to come back the next day. What? No thanks. And I wanted a basic white gallon of paint and they didn’t have one less than $75. Save your time and don’t shop here.

Great service by Danny, who went to the trouble of researching the KB Homes builder profile/order history on my behalf and looking up their order history to figure out the exact details of what kind of paint I needed from 2018, six years ago. Kept me apprised of the options and costs, and provided good advice when the choices were unclear. (Keep this great employee! They are good for your brand and your store.)

Since buying my house in 2013, I have gone to the Hermosa Beach Sherwin-Williams store about a dozen times--first to select paint colors for the interior of my house (I chose a scheme using five colors), then to buy all of the paint, primer, and tools. I had a professional crew do the actual painting. Since then, I have gone back when I've needed additional paint or tools for touch-ups. I love the products, but it's the service that really impresses me. Sales associate are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and appreciative of my business. I couldn't ask for a better experience!
