“Went to Venice Smog (Swift Smog) on Venice and Military on Monday (memorial day) in Palms and Hassan saw on my registration I needed a STAR certified smog shop. He said he'd be getting STAR certification soon but that he has a shop in Inglewood that is already STAR certified inside the 76 gas station. So I showed up this morning and everything went smoothly. Hassan is one of those guys that's honest, reliable, and has character (another guy sitting next to me also said that about Hassan). Will be back (I guess when I need a smog next)!”

I just called 5 minutes before.The only downside is that the wonderful patio that they have set up for people that are waiting had too much of a gasoline/chemical smell. “All I have to say is... Forrest is FANTASTIC. We went in after closing time on a weekday because there was a super loud, very menacing sound coming from under the car. We usually go to a mechanic down the hill but didn't think we would make it. We saw someone locking up and I hated asking him to look at the car as he was leaving but he heard the car and immediately opened up and welcomed us in. He became the Sherlock Holmes of car mysteries for the next 20 minutes and alas, found and fixed the issue. Incredible guy, and he is 100% our new mechanic for any car issues we may have. Couldn't recommend Forrest from Granvia more. Honest, kind, genuine and goes above and beyond.”
