This shop is a hidden gem and we are so lucky to have found it.
We have been shopping at the store for a few years now, and even seen their pieces at the fiesta Hermosa. I absolutely love everything they have in the shop, and Alexandra, the woman that runs the shop is always nice and helpful.
We have a very bohemian vibe at our house and a little nook outside that has a lot of her creations in it. I love that she makes some of her pieces by hand and we have one piece that I absolutely love made by her (driftwood with an air plant attached). If you’re looking for a furniture shop/artisan place with very cool vibes and really affordable prices, I would definitely check the shop out. We love Ojai, and it reminds me very much of that small town.

I purchased a large table and wooden baskets that were delivered to our home in Washington State. The items all arrived in perfect condition The driver who delivered them from CA to WA was exceptional. The communication between the store and me was also exceptional. Just cannot say enough great things about Gaia!!! I am a customer for life!

Gaia living Art is an amazing feast for the eyes! I had bought some gifts there last year for Christmas time. I went back this year and I found even more things that I loved to purchase and of course there’s more things I’d love to get in the future. This is definitely a place to shop for great prices and to find very unique beautiful practical artistic things for one’s home. I highly recommend it! I may not wait another year to go back. There are definitely things that I had my eye on. So, in the future I will definitely be back! My suggestion is to just take a day go to Hermosa Beach and spend some time walking by the ocean, then make your way over to Gaia living Art and shop to your hearts content!! ?❤️

The most wonderful detour I took on a Friday morning was landing up at Gaia living Art. Art clearly lives here with untold stories in each object carefully curated to bring beauty in your homes. The objects are reasonably priced. Alex is passionate about her work which makes it a delightful to purchase not just an object but an object of art with a human connection. A few months ago I bought this beautiful teak root block coffee table. I loved it so much I went back and bought another one! Alexandra’s store has so many beautiful things and she is a joy to work with! Prices are fair and she is always rotating in new items. Definitely worth checking out!

I drove by this shop countless times saying, "I need to check that place out." A month ago I went. Gaia Living Art is true to it's name. I left with a Teak hollowed tree trunk and two weeks later a Living Sofa table. Each piece is unique, original and evolving. I am thrilled with the look in my home. Alex is amazing. Very helpful. Even if you are not looking for new furniture, check out the shop. It's worth the trip.

After a long and emotional 2 year renovation, I have been searching tirelessly for a unique console to complement our new Foyer and set the stage for my home. I stopped in by accident, as I noticed the shop while sitting at a red light and never in my wildest dreams thought this would be the place i would locate my item. I will never be mad at red lights again. I found the most stunning console that fit like it was pulled from the earth and designed specifically for me. I could not be more thrilled and the owner was the sweetest ever. I purchased a lamp for my son as well, and I will be back for more.

We had a wonderful experience buying our dining table here with Alexandra. The proprietor isn’t pushy, and very welcoming. The delivery process was highly professional with lots of care for the furniture as well as your home. Will visit again for more items in the future!
