I don't bank here and there's a reason for that. I tried depositing a check from my bank last week and Wells Fargo didn't clear it, so I went in to see why. The teller repeatedly said LOUDLY that it was due to insufficient funds like she was purposely trying to embarrass me. I know for a fact I always have more than enough money (my bank told me there's no reason why it shouldn't clear). They can't own up to their mistakes so needless to say I still will never have an account here.

Are you kidding me. You closed the merchant line here too. Wow so now we know how wells fargo really feels about heme and san jacinto small buisness. Thanks for the "convenience" of buisness banking. Now I need to plan a 30-45 min wait for a simple bank transaction. I'm going to reach out to chase

I would have given zero stars if I could! I went in to open a new account because my current bank doesn't offer zelle and is small so there are no local branches or ATM's closer than San Diego. It definitely wasn't busy and there were actually a couple people just standing around and one of the women said she's busy with testing and to come back tomorrow or later. I explained that I normally work during business hours (and later) but was only out early because of my kids parent teacher conference so I will have to find another bank if they weren't willing to help me and I was only trying there because a friend said what a great bank it was. One of the girls turned and walked away and the lady said good luck. So US Bank got a new customer. Do not bother with these jerks. Customer service here is nonexistent!

After standing in line for 5 minutes to speak to a teller to open a Business Account and listen the entire time to one of the account representatives make lunch plans explaining how she like Bologna & Salami on the phone with one of her friends I was turned away sayin they don't take walk ins!Guess they're too busy making lunch plans to actually take care of their customer..Way to lose a customer Wells Fargo!

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo Bank since 2001. I have three accounts business banking, personal checking, savings account. Over the past several years I've become extremely concerned with the recklessness of the organization. They seem to want to charge fees in any way possible. The other day, I had an issue with my business banking account. I decided to visit My local branch. Upon entering, I noticed the bank manager Michael sitting at his desk looking out the window. I asked him if he had a minute that I had an issue I needed to look at. He said sure, and I began to explain to him what was going on in my business account. As charges came through from a lost card from 8 to 9 months ago. He interrupted me and asked if I wanted to deposit money or withdraw money. I told him what I wanted was him to listen to me. He then led me to the front lobby and said "we make appointments here have a seat" I was stunned. I told him I was going to close all my accounts......He wouldn't even listen to me. I've had business banking for years and have never been treated with such disregard. I have other accounts at different banks and they have merchant windows specifically for small business owners like me...... He just seemed uninterested...Upon calling business banking and explaining the issue they reversed all the charges on my account which I appreciated, but still do not trust Wells Fargo because it seems they're careless. With the careless disregard I received from my local branch manager, I'm closing all accounts and never doing business with Wells Fargo again. Thanks for reading (UPDATE 11:47 A.M. TODAY) The day I called business banking they froze my account and stopped all cards. They assured me there would be no further transactions on that account. WOULDN'T YOU KNOW I just was notified they debited another transaction on my business account. Once again I'm stunned... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO! (BTW as soon as I posted this I got the automated response you see below. I don't need a bot answering me I need real human beings!) UPDATE 9/29 ANOTHER 59.00 CHARGE CAME INTO MY "HARD FROZEN" ACCOUNT! ONCE AGAIN TOLD ACCOUNT FROZEN ..MORE CHARGES 10/4/21 ...unreal!...10/5/21 WILL NOT CLOSE ACCOUNT

This branch is always short staffed. The lines are literally out the door and they keep 2 tellers available. You would think that if they are this busy (this is a daily issue) they would schedule more people to help their customers promptly. And those 2 tellers just dont seem to care how slow they go, They just take as long as they possibly can. This branch has now temporarily closed down which honestly was probably for the best.

Avoid Ray Moore at ALL COSTS. From the first day I met him, I got a bad vibe from him. Couldn't explain it but didn't like him. He came recommended by my mother in law so I figured I was crazy. As soon as we found a house we liked and started the process of actually buying it, Ray became nothing but an obstacle. At every turn, he slowed down the entire process and started becoming more and more disrespectful to everyone involved. He never even met our real estate agent and found it necessary to be rude to her also. We would turn in some necessary paperwork and he would ask us for it again days later. As if all this weren't enough, he faxed our personal information (social security numbers, bank account numbers, birth dates, former addresses, etc) to a random fax number at the Wells Fargo corporate office. The corporate office contacted me confused as to why I would do that. Everyone other that Raymond was a pleasure to speak to and work with. Wells Fargo would be wise to give that old geezer the axe.

I can see why this bank is always in trouble and getting sued. I transferred money from my credit card to my checking at Christmas and they charged exorbitant fees and interest. What's the point of having a credit card through your bank??? I'll transfer my money to another account and close my credit card with a bank that's not willing to work with its members. Must be nice to not need business

Where to start? I have been a victim of identity theft. The person that stole my identity opened 4 Wells Fargo accounts in my name got a check sent to me by mail and deposited it in one of these accounts. Because I am not an actual Wells Fargo account holder they cannot help me get my money back. Today I called the Wells Fargo fraud hotline and they told me to go into a branch.
