I have to offer up my sincere appreciation and gratitude for my business account manager Michael Leighton Howard. It is rare to encounter someone who tells you that as your acct manager he will help you optimize your business account; then ACTUALLY DOES JUST THAT! His integrity and care for his clients is refreshing, and it is great to know you have someone on your side at the phone company! Like a unicorn, you are not sure if he is for real, but Lo and Behold, he solves your problem, meets with you personally and saves you significant $$ on your acct! (I also believe in Santa a little bit more again as well)

Every time i go into this store, i regret it. Need to find out why my Bluetooth would not connect to my car The saleslady took my ohone hit a few buttons and said go out to your car and see if will pair , i told her it wont , i have tried and tried , no help at all. Went to verizon down the street , and Ryan took care of me and fixed the problem in 2 minutes. Stop going to a corporate store , go to the one by walmart. Those people are awesome. Ryan is awesome

if your open till 7 take people's request till then, i was about to spend 600 or more dollars in your store and you kicked me out saying it's to late come back tomorrow when today after work was my only day to do it, if an employee needs to stay an extra 30 minute to help you make money you should do it not kick people out, negative stars if I could give you it, business stay open as long as people are in the building and it's before you close so wtf Verizon

This store is so annoying I have tried to upgrade my devices there twice and been turned away both times. First time I was told no walk-in's make an appointment. So this morning I make an appointment for 4pm. Get a confirmation text, do the whole check in and head over. I get there only to be told no, you probably made it at the wrong location. Checked the text with the check in lady and nope, it totally was the right location, so she says well sorry, you made it this morning so it's not valid and we don't take walk-in's. Wtf?! Why does your system let people make appointments if they aren't available? And why can you not then attempt to accommodate your crappy system?! The system obviously checked me in on my part but the person working had no desire to find a way to help. That's fine I'll take my business to Murrieta like I do with all things, because I've never had an issue with that store!

I must say as long as I have been coming to this location. I've always experienced friendly patient and determined employees which is totally. Awesome and very rare nowadays so I definitely want to send a shot out to Verizon. keep doing such a great job. We need more employees like you keep up the fantastic work 5 stars all day.

Verizon LIED and LIED and lied again. DO NOT TRUST Verizon internet CS chat. .. DO NOT TRUST Verizon CS phone people and DEFINITELTY DO NOT bother w/ the manager at the local HEMET Store .. Internet CS people said I can bundle internet (between 300 - 1000 mbps) and phone w/incredible discounts on 30 day trial. After 13 days, my net speed never got over 200mbps. Phone CS - they LIED.. speed is coming. The speed never increased and no discounts were applied. Phone CS: discounts are coming soon. Another lie... when my trial was almost up, Phone CS: sooooooo sorry you cannot get that speed in your area .. WHAT? I IMMEDIATELY cancelled Verizon net (good thing I didn't canceled spectrum) and went back to T-Mobile today. That's when the "transfer pin" volleyball game started. The Manager, at the Hemet store on Florida, Diana (pronounced Dee-Anna) - LIED and said since I switched back to T-mobile - my 15 yr old phone number was, within 5 mins of switching to t-mobile, reassigned to someone else. THAT ... WAS .. A .. BOLD FACED LIE! In my face, DeeAnna (diana) LIED! ... I said I want it back. She said "here, call CS" tossing a post it at me. "I don't want to call CS its hard to get through." With that, she got up and walked away. wait .. What?? I was dismissed. Her attitude was appaulling .. In store, I got CS rep Connie on the phone and she wanted Diana (deeanna) on the call. That's when DeeAnna (Diana) gave her own CS rep Connie attitude and barely helped. Connie was shocked at the unprofessionalism and rudeness from her own Verizon colleague. I won't even mention Diana (dee-anna) yelling across the room to a security guard! LOL .. Thankfully, Connie got my number back is going to report Dee-Anna's (diana) horrific behavior to her area manager. I hope that's not another lie ... (ps - in less than 3 mins I was in T-mobile store to complete the switch) RUN FROM VERIZON LIES!!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by the front end employee. He took my info down and asked what they could do to help. After a quick 10 minute wait, I was greeted by Gisell, who listened to my problems with a hotspot and the useless 611 Verizon has. Immediately she knew how to fix the issue, explained new hotspots and the pros and cons of each device. It was a painless easy process that ended up taking 10 minutes. Every employee there was engaged with customers and were amazing.

I would like to inform anyone of color that this establishment especially the rude manager needs to go back and train for a great customer service. Long story short went into this establishment yesterday waited an hour before I was able to be seen then when I was able to be seeing the young lady sent me well wanted me to stand while everyone else was sitting and I said no, I would like to sit like all your other customers, so she found a place for me to sit, then she pulls up my approval but it was on hold due to me not sending a piece of mail them to verify. I gave her my application number. She informed me that she wasn't running my credit again because I showed her on my email that if you run the credit again, it can delay, the approval that they already had so she gives me the number to call in customer service. I call Lynn I'm on hold for about 45 more minutes during that time she says I'm gonna go help another customer when you're ready just let me down and I'll come back to assist you well, she just leaves doesn't come back up to me to let me know that she went home Then I talk to the manager and explain to him and he's like oh well yeah she went home but there's nothing we could do because we can't past the screen that showing that I need to verify my identity. I said well I'm on hold with customer service. Just a bad experience never have experience anything like it and with that being said I've been in customer service for over 25 years and they need help. The manager does not need to be a manager. He's a rude, racist Chinese man.

I really needed my phone fixed yesterday 10/4/22 so I went to this Verizon. The service I received was disgusting. I parked in the wrong area for a pick up and instead of the employees asking me to move my car they completely ignored me and helped other customers, one of the tall employees even came out and started pushing me out of the store and the other employees had to hold him back. I said a few things to defend myself but nothing I said would have made them react this way. It's disgusting behavior and unprofessional. The aggressiveness I received was uncalled for.

Going with Verizon was the dumbest decision I have made all year. Trying to get problems resolved at this office is a no-go. Whenever I make or recieve a phone call, there is a good chance the person on the other end of the line will say that I am breaking up, or they just flat out can't hear me. The phone is a Google pixel a, if that makes a difference.
