Busy location but staff is quick and knowledgable. I brought in lot's of shredding (6 boxes) they took it all, but cost was high...but convenient!

Staff members are so awesome!I always have an issue with fingerprinting but the staff were so patient and fun and simultaneously being very considerate and engaging with the other customers.

The manager of this location on State & Stetson in Hemet is very rude to customers, tried to return equipment from Frontier. Was told to just drop off and get receipt. This location would only take 2 pieces of the equipment cause the third one had a scratch on the bar cade and they could not scan it. After this I asked for a letter stating they are refusing to take equipment so I may contact Frontier, instead I was told to leave and never come back. I called corporate office and was told someone will contacte in about an hour. I am still waiting 3 days later.

I frequent this store for amazon returns and it is quick and easy. yesterday I had to go return a few items and the system went down for the last 2. With the internet down, and close to closing, they still took our packages and said they would return them on offline mode. Today I got a message form the manager with the receipt for my return and sure enough, Amazon got me my return right away. Awesome customer service!

Terry is an efficient kind and respectful person . I have seen makaila avoid work and avoid helping customersShe will show annoyance to the customers if she has to do something. The only time I see her working is when the bosses are there. She also talks bad about employees when she thinks customers are not listening.The only 3 that are awesome are Annie Elisa and Terry. If they leave I will go to another place. 5 stars for those 3 girls

This is in response to Melissa's review about terry. I have been a customer with them since 2001 . The only person at this store that is always on her apple phone or watch is makaila an African American girl. Terry is a white lady and she is efficient kind and respectful. I have seen makaila avoid work or helping customersShe will show annoyance to the customers if she has to do something. The only time I see her working is when the bosses are there. She also talks bad about employees when she thinks customers are not listening. The only 3 that are awesome are Annie Elisa and Terry. If they leave I will go to another place. 5 stars for those 3 ladies. They need a raise.

Unreliable Team including the owner. The self scanners were out of order, with a super long slow moving lines. The employees were friendly but not very well trained. Seemslike the owner had absolutely no concern about her customer or there needs. This store claims to support small businesses, what a joke. I called to ask ups next day air cut off time and was told 5:15pm. I made it to the store while the next day air driver was there at 4:45pm, I urgently informed a employee that I have a very important package that's next day air, they asked me to wait in line and dont worry that the driver leaves around 5:15pm. After waiting in line 30 minutes I finally get up to the counter to be told next day air driver already left, and the cut off time is 4:30! It's a shame that I couldn't count on the team to inform the driver they had another package for him knowing that i was waiting in line. I was given the wrong cut off times and missed out on mailing a very important package to a very important customer. As a small business owner this will make a huge impact on my reliability to my customer. Running a small business is hard enough, and having a ups office that isn't reliable doesn't help at all! I will be making a complaint to UPS directly.

Went into return Amazon orders yesterday and the lady just looked the code and said its for kohls.. so I go from 1 neighboring city to the next north of my city, just for Kohls to tell me it is ups qr code.. anyway.. wish Amazon would take its own packages back..

Terrible customer service, not the employees fault. This falls down to the person training them. This location is completely remodeled but dosent make up for the lack of concern for anyones package. The bigger UPS stores and drivers have no good things to say about this location.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THEVES!!!!! I had dropped off a usps package 2-3 weeks ago. I called usps they said it has never been scanned in, the girl who was wrapping my stuff seen what I was putting in my package! It's so sketchy how all of a sudden my item is missing!!!! I think they never shipped my item or handed it over to USPS! Beware when shipping with them!

The manager Elisa deserves a raise. In the middle of a hot busy day she did great welcoming the customers into the store and evaluating their packages while in line at the same time working behind the counter keeping her team working and the line moving. Give her a promotion.

I walked in, no other customers, not one of the three girls working welcomed me. I stood there trying to use the scanner but one of the girls was blocking it, she saw me and didn’t move so I went to the cashier and stood there looking at her, she didn’t acknowledge me, after about 10 seconds, she just looks over and asks for my barcode, didn’t even look at me!!!! Customer service is sure lagging!!!

I am duly impressed! This store has been remodeled and updated which has greatly improved efficiency. No more long lines out the door since installing self-service kiosks. Clerks are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Better use of space and technology makes this errand a quick, hassle-free experience.
